(ただし、上記一般式(III)中、Maは、Ca、Sr及びBaからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の元素であり、Mbは、Li、Na及びKからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の元素であり、x、y及びzはそれぞれ、0.5≦x≦1.5、0.5≦y≦1.2、及び3.5≦z≦4.5を満たす。

Claims (9)
- 素子主発光面と、該素子主発光面と対向する素子電極を設けた素子電極形成面と、前記素子主発光面及び素子電極形成面をつなぐ素子側面を有する発光素子と、
前記素子主発光面を覆う透光性部材と、
前記素子側面を覆う第一光反射性部材と
を備える発光素子ユニットと、
外部に光を放射する発光面となる導光第一主面と、
前記導光第一主面の反対側の面であり、前記発光モジュールが配置される凹部を備える導光第二主面とを有する透光性の導光板と、
を備える発光モジュールであって、
鉛直断面視において、前記第一光反射性部材の少なくとも一部は、前記凹部の外に位置し、
前記発光モジュールは、さらに
前記凹部の内側面及び前記発光素子ユニットの外側面と接する透光性の接合部材と、
前記導光第二主面と前記接合部材の一部を覆う第二光反射性部材と
を備え、
前記導光第二主面側から見た平面視において、前記第一光反射性部材と前記第二光反射性部材は少なくとも一部が離隔されており、前記離隔された領域において前記接合部材が前記第二光反射性部材から露出しており、
前記接合部材の硬度が、前記第一光反射性部材及び第二光反射性部材のいずれよりも低い発光モジュール。 - 請求項1に記載の発光モジュールであって、
前記第二光反射性部材の硬度が、前記第一光反射性部材と同じか、これよりも高い発光モジュール。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の発光モジュールであって、
前記第一光反射性部材、第二光反射性部材、接合部材が、それぞれ樹脂を含む発光モジュール。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の発光モジュールであって、
前記発光素子ユニットは、平面視において矩形状に形成されており、
前記接合部材は、平面視において前記発光素子ユニットの矩形状を構成する一辺の両側隅部よりも、これらの中間において幅広に形成されてなる発光モジュール。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の発光モジュールであって、
前記第二光反射性部材は、前記導光板の前記導光第二主面と面する第二光反射接合面と、前記第二光反射接合面と反対側の第二光反射主面とを有しており、
鉛直断面視において、前記第二光反射主面における前記接合部材と前記第二光反射性部材との界面が、前記透光性部材の端面よりも外側に位置されてなる発光モジュール。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の発光モジュールであって、
前記第二光反射性部材は、前記導光板の前記導光第二主面と面する第二光反射接合面と、前記第二光反射接合面と反対側の第二光反射主面とを有しており、
鉛直断面視において、前記第二光反射主面における前記接合部材と、前記第二光反射性部材との界面が、前記凹部の端面よりも外側に位置されてなる発光モジュール。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の発光モジュールであって、
前記導光板は、前記凹部を複数形成しており、
前記複数の凹部にそれぞれ、前記発光素子ユニット及び接合部材を配置しており、
前記接合部材は、鉛直断面視において前記第二光反射性部材との界面を傾斜面としてなる発光モジュール。 - 請求項7に記載の発光モジュールであって、
前記接合部材は、前記傾斜面を下に凸状とした曲面に形成してなる発光モジュール。 - 請求項7に記載の発光モジュールであって、
前記接合部材は、前記傾斜面を上に凸状とした曲面に形成してなる発光モジュール。
