Abstract
Description
Control Unit)は、筐体(ECUケース)内に回路基板を内包しており、ブラケットによって車体側のパネル部材に取り付けられる(特許文献1)。
電子制御部品を車体側に組み付けるための電子制御部品用ブラケットであって、
前記電子制御部品の下面側に配置され、該下面を押し上げる複数の弾性片が設けられる底部と、
押し上げられる前記電子制御部品に対し上側から当接する当て止め部と、
を備え、前記電子制御部品を前記弾性片と前記当て止め部との間で挟圧した組み付け状態において振動を加えた場合に、1つの弾性片の上下方向における振幅及び振動周期のいずれか又は双方が、少なくとも他の1つの弾性片とは異なるように設定されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 電子制御部品を車体側に組み付けるための電子制御部品用ブラケットであって、
前記電子制御部品の下面側に配置され、該下面を押し上げる複数の弾性片が設けられる底部と、
押し上げられる前記電子制御部品に対し上側から当接する当て止め部と、
を備え、
前記電子制御部品を前記弾性片と前記当て止め部との間で挟圧した組み付け状態において振動を加えた場合に、1つの弾性片の上下方向における振幅及び振動周期のいずれか又は双方が、少なくとも他の1つの弾性片とは異なるように設定されていることを特徴とする電子制御部品用ブラケット。 - 前記複数の弾性片は、少なくとも1つの弾性片の前記下面を押し付ける押付反力が他の弾性片よりも大きくなるよう設けられている請求項1に記載の電子制御部品用ブラケット。
- 前記複数の弾性片は、少なくとも1つの弾性片の板厚と板幅と板長さと形状のうちいずれか又は複数が他の弾性片とは異なるように設けられている請求項2に記載の電子制御部品用ブラケット。
- 前記複数の弾性片は、前記下面を押し付ける各押付位置が前記下面内において回転対称性及び線対称性を有さないよう分散している請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の電子制御部品用ブラケット。
