Claims (14)
- 第1流体と第2流体との間で熱交換を行う熱交換器であって、
内側を前記第1流体が流れるように構成された内部部材(200)と、
内側に前記内部部材を収容する容器であって、前記内部部材の周囲の空間を前記第2流体が流れるように構成されたケース(100)と、を備え、
前記ケースには、
前記第1流体の入口である第1入口部(11)と、
前記第1流体の出口である第1出口部(12)と、
前記第2流体の入口である第2入口部(21)と、
前記第2流体の出口である第2出口部(22)と、がそれぞれ設けられており、
前記内部部材は、
その長手方向に沿って内側を前記第1流体が流れるタンク(210,220,230,215)と、
その長手方向が前記タンクの長手方向に対して垂直となるように、前記タンクに対して接続された管状の部材であって、前記タンクの長手方向に沿って並ぶように互いに間隔を空けて積層された複数のチューブ(240)と、を有するものであり、
複数の前記チューブが並んでいる方向を積層方向としたときに、
前記第2入口部及び前記第2出口部は、いずれも、前記ケースのうち前記積層方向に沿った一方側の面、である接続面(S)に設けられている熱交換器。 - 前記接続面において、
前記第2入口部は、前記チューブの長手方向に沿って一方側寄りとなる位置に設けられており、
前記第2出口部は、前記チューブの長手方向に沿って他方側寄りとなる位置に設けられている、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記ケースの一部は、金属からなる板状部材(110)によって形成されており、前記内部部材は、前記板状部材にろう接されている、請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1入口部及び第1出口部が前記板状部材に設けられている、請求項3に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第2入口部及び第2出口部が前記板状部材に設けられている、請求項4に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記接続面において、
前記第1入口部及び第1出口部は、いずれも、前記チューブの長手方向に沿って一方側寄りとなる位置に設けられている、請求項5に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記接続面において、
前記第1入口部及び第1出口部は、いずれも、前記チューブの長手方向に沿って前記第2入口部と同じ一方側となる位置に設けられている、請求項6に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記接続面において、
前記第1出口部は、前記チューブの長手方向に沿って一方側寄りとなる位置に設けられており、
前記第1入口部は、前記チューブの長手方向に沿って他方側寄りとなる位置に設けられている、請求項5に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記接続面において、
前記第1出口部は、前記チューブの長手方向に沿って前記第2入口部と同じ一方側寄りとなる位置に設けられており、
前記第1入口部は、前記チューブの長手方向に沿って前記第2出口部と同じ他方側寄りとなる位置に設けられている、請求項8に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第1流体は、二酸化炭素からなる冷媒である、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 互いに隣り合う前記チューブに間にはフィン(250)が配置されている、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記フィンは、山部(251)と谷部(252)とが交互に並ぶようによって形成されたものであり、
それぞれの前記山部及び前記谷部は前記チューブの長手方向に沿って伸びている、請求項11に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記フィンと前記タンクとの間に隙間(GP)が形成されている、請求項11又は12に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記フィンには開口(254)が形成されている、請求項11乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
