Claims (2)
- 燃料電池スタックと、前記燃料電池スタックの上部に配置された、燃料電池スタックから電力が供給される高電圧部品と、前記燃料電池スタックに取り付けられた第1部品と、前記第1部品よりも車両の前方側において、前記第1部品と間隔をあけて配置された第2部品と、を車両前方のフロントルーム内に収容した燃料電池車両であって、
前記燃料電池スタックは、前記フロントルーム内に固定されたスタックフレームに載置固定されており、
前記スタックフレームは、前記燃料電池車両の車台にマウントを介して連結固定されており、
前記第1部品は、前記燃料電池車両の前方側の衝突時に、前記第1部品に向かって移動する前記第2部品の衝撃荷重により変形し、前記第2部品からの衝撃荷重を緩衝する緩衝部と、
前記第2部品からの衝撃荷重が所定以上となった際に、前記緩衝部のさらなる変形を制限する高剛性部と、を備えており、
前記高剛性部により前記緩衝部の変形が制限された際に、前記第2部品からの前記衝撃荷重により、前記スタックフレームが前記車台から切り離されるように、前記マウントを介して、前記スタックフレームと前記車台とが連結固定されていることを特徴とする燃料電池車両。 - 前記衝突時に、前記緩衝部が、前記マウントよりも先に、前記第2部品に接触するように、前記緩衝部と前記マウントが配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池車両。
