Abstract
Description
[1] 下記式(1)で表される構造単位及び下記式(2)で表される構造単位からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種の構造単位を含むポリチオフェン(A)を0.01〜10重量%含み、且つ水溶性樹脂化合物(B)を0.001〜10重量%含む導電性高分子水溶液。
[2] 水溶性樹脂化合物(B)が、水溶性ポリエステル樹脂化合物、及び水溶性ポリウレタン樹脂化合物からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする[1]に記載の導電性高分子水溶液。
[3] 水溶性樹脂化合物(B)が、水溶性ポリエステル樹脂化合物であることを特徴とする[1]又は[2]に記載の導電性高分子水溶液。
[4] 導電性高分子水溶液中の水以外の全成分の濃度が、0.1〜30重量%の範囲であることを特徴とする、[1]乃至[3]のいずれかに記載の導電性高分子水溶液。
[5] [1]乃至[4]のいずれかに記載の導電性高分子水溶液を乾燥させることを特徴とする膜の製造方法。

装置:BRUKER社製 DEKTAK XT。
コンプリート型粘度計/BROOKFIELD VISCOMETER DV−1 Prime。
装置:日機装社製、Microtrac Nanotrac UPA−UT151。
自己ドープ型導電性ポリマーを含む水溶液 0.5mlを25mm角の無アルカリガラス板に塗布し、室温で一晩乾燥した後、150℃にて30分加熱して導電性高分子膜を得た。膜厚及び表面抵抗値から、以下の式に基づき算出した。
[導電膜の耐水性評価]
導電性高分子水溶液を大気下ガラス上に0.7mLキャストし、大気下室温で一晩乾燥した後、大気下、ホットプレート上で150℃にて30分加熱して導電性高分子膜を得た。放冷後、導電性高分子膜をガラスごと撹拌水中に吊り下げ、24時間後の様子を目視で確認した。浸漬前後で様子が変わらない場合を◎とし、一部剥離を確認した場合を○とし、液中に導電性高分子の溶出が確認できた場合を×とした。また浸漬前後の表面抵抗値を測定し、浸漬前後で比較した。
[導電膜の耐アルコール性評価]
導電性高分子水溶液を大気下ガラス上に0.7mLキャストし、大気下室温で一晩乾燥した後、大気下、ホットプレート上で150℃にて30分加熱して導電性高分子膜を得た。放冷後、導電性高分子膜をガラスごと撹拌50%エタノール水溶液中に吊り下げ、24時間後の様子を目視で確認した。浸漬前後で様子が変わらない場合を◎(変化無)とし、一部剥離を確認した場合を○(一部剥離)とし、液中に導電性高分子の溶出が確認できた場合を×(溶出有)とした。また浸漬前後の表面抵抗値を測定し、浸漬前後で比較した。
合成例2の方法で得られたポリチオフェン水溶液(A0)を脱溶媒してポリチオフェン(A)を1.31重量%含む水溶液 301.13gを調製し、これに50%モノエタノールアミン水溶液 2.19gを加えてよく撹拌混合した。得られたポリチオフェン水溶液(A1)のpHは5.3であった。
合成例2で得られたポリチオフェン水溶液(A0)を脱溶媒してポリチオフェン(A)を1.3重量%含む水溶液 7.49gを調製し、これに、水溶性樹脂化合物(B)として東洋紡株式会社製のバイロナールMD−1245(水溶性ポリエステル樹脂、固形分濃度30重量%の水分散液)を0.10g、水 2.47gを加えてよく攪拌混合し、固形分濃度が1.29%の導電性高分子水溶液を得た。この導電性高分子水溶液を、大気下ガラス上に0.7gキャストし、大気下室温で一晩乾燥した後、大気下、ホットプレート上で150℃にて30分加熱して導電性高分子膜を得た。得られた導電膜の評価結果を表1に示す。
実施例1において、水溶性樹脂化合物(B)の東洋紡株式会社製のバイロナールMD−1245(水溶性ポリエステル樹脂、固形分濃度30重量%の水分散液) 0.10gに代えて、高松油脂株式会社製のペスレジンA−615GE(水溶性ポリエステル樹脂、固形分濃度25重量%の水溶液) 0.10gを使用した以外は実施1の方法に準じて導電性高分子水溶液及び導電性高分子膜を得、評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
実施例1において、水溶性樹脂化合物(B)の東洋紡株式会社製のバイロナールMD−1245(水溶性ポリエステル樹脂、固形分濃度30重量%の水分散液) 0.10gに代えて、高松油脂株式会社製のペスレジンA−645GH(水溶性ポリエステル樹脂、固形分濃度30重量%の水溶液) 0.10gを使用した以外は実施1の方法に準じて導電性高分子水溶液及び導電性高分子膜を得、評価を行った。結果を表1に示す。
合成例3の方法で調製したポリチオフェン水溶液(A1) 7.49gに、水溶性樹脂化合物(B)として東洋紡株式会社製のバイロナールMD−1245(水溶性ポリエステル樹脂、固形分濃度30重量%の水分散液)を0.10g、水 2.47gを加えてよく攪拌混合し、固形分濃度が1.29%の導電性高分子水溶液を得た。この導電性高分子水溶液を、大気下ガラス上に0.7gキャストし、大気下室温で一晩乾燥した後、大気下、ホットプレート上で150℃にて30分加熱して導電性高分子膜を得た。得られた導電膜の評価結果を表2に示す。
実施例4において、水溶性樹脂化合物(B)の東洋紡株式会社製のバイロナールMD−1245(水溶性ポリエステル樹脂、固形分濃度30重量%の水分散液) 0.10gに代えて、高松油脂株式会社製のペスレジンA−615GE(水溶性ポリエステル樹脂、固形分濃度25重量%の水溶液) 0.10gを使用した以外は実施例4の方法に準じて導電性高分子水溶液及び導電性高分子膜を得、評価を行った。結果を表2に示す。
実施例4において、水溶性樹脂化合物(B)の東洋紡株式会社製のバイロナールMD−1245(水溶性ポリエステル樹脂、固形分濃度30重量%の水分散液) 0.10gに代えて、高松油脂株式会社製のペスレジンA−645GH(水溶性ポリエステル樹脂、固形分濃度30重量%の水溶液) 0.10gを使用した以外は実施例4の方法に準じて導電性高分子水溶液及び導電性高分子膜を得、評価を行った。結果を表2に示す。
合成例2で得られたポリチオフェン水溶液(A0)を脱溶媒してポリチオフェン(A)を1.30重量%含む導電性高分子水溶液を得た。この導電性高分子水溶液を、大気下ガラス上に0.7gキャストし、大気下室温で一晩乾燥した後、大気下、ホットプレート上で150℃にて30分加熱して導電性高分子膜を得た。得られた導電膜の評価結果を表1に示す。
Claims (6)
- 下記式(1)で表される構造単位及び下記式(2)で表される構造単位からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種の構造単位を含むポリチオフェン(A)を0.01〜10重量%含み、且つ水溶性樹脂化合物(B)を0.001〜10重量%含む導電性高分子水溶液。
- 水溶性樹脂化合物(B)が、水溶性ポリエステル樹脂化合物、及び水溶性ポリウレタン樹脂化合物からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の導電性高分子水溶液。
- 水溶性樹脂化合物(B)が、水溶性ポリエステル樹脂化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の導電性高分子水溶液。
- 導電性高分子水溶液中の水以外の全成分の濃度が、0.1〜30重量%の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の導電性高分子水溶液。
- 請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の導電性高分子水溶液を乾燥させることを特徴とする膜の製造方法。
- 下記式(1)で表される構造単位及び下記式(2)で表される構造単位からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一種の構造単位を含むポリチオフェン(A)と水溶性樹脂化合物(B)を含む膜。
