Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- コイル線に密着した絶縁被膜層を除去する方法であって、
前記絶縁被膜層の除去予定部と残留予定部とを分ける前記絶縁被膜層の線状領域を除去する分断工程と、
前記絶縁被膜層を透過するが前記コイル線に吸収されるレーザ光を、前記除去予定部の外面側から前記コイル線の前記絶縁被膜層との境界に向かって照射することにより、前記除去予定部の前記絶縁被膜層と前記コイル線との境界部分を前記コイル線の発熱で炭化させるレーザ照射工程と、
前記除去予定部に風を吹き付けることにより前記除去予定部をめくって吹き飛ばす被膜めくり工程とを含む、
コイル線の被膜層除去方法。
