Abstract
Description
各試験タイヤをリムサイズ16×7Jのホイールに組み付けて、空気圧を230kPaとして排気量2000ccの試験車両に装着し、ウエット路面において速度40km/hの走行状態から制動し、完全停止までの制動距離を測定した。評価結果は、測定値の逆数を用い、従来例を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が大きいほどウエット路面での制動性能が優れていることを意味する。
各試験タイヤをリムサイズ16×7Jのホイールに組み付けて、空気圧を230kPaとして排気量2000ccの試験車両に装着し、雪上路面において速度40km/hの走行状態から制動し、完全停止までの制動距離を測定した。評価結果は、測定値の逆数を用い、従来例を100とする指数にて示した。この指数値が大きいほど雪上路面での制動性能が優れていることを意味する。
各試験タイヤを1000本ずつ作製し、タイヤ周上の各境界領域における陸部の欠けや割れの発生を目視にて確認し、欠けや割れが生じた境界領域の数をカウントした。評価結果は、各試験タイヤについて欠けや割れが生じた境界領域の数の比率を示した。この比率が小さいほど外観不良の発生に対する抑制効果が優れていることを意味する。

Claims (5)
- トレッド部においてタイヤ周方向に延在する複数本の周方向溝と、これら周方向溝により区画された複数列の陸部と、少なくとも1列の陸部においてタイヤ幅方向に延びる複数本のサイプを有し、前記トレッド部がタイヤ周方向に分割された複数のセクターにより成形された空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記サイプが、前記セクターの分割位置を含む境界領域に配置された少なくとも1本の浅底サイプと、該浅底サイプよりも前記セクターの分割位置から離れた位置に配置された複数本の通常サイプとを含み、前記浅底サイプが前記通常サイプよりも浅いことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記境界領域が前記セクターの分割位置を中心としてタイヤ周方向に片側15mm以内の領域であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記浅底サイプの深さが、該浅底サイプが含まれる陸部における前記通常サイプの最大深さの平均に対して30%〜80%の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記浅底サイプが前記トレッド部の陸部のうちタイヤ幅方向外側に位置する陸部に最も多く配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記セクターの分割線に対する前記サイプの傾斜角度をθとしたとき、0°≦θ≦30°を満たす浅底サイプが0°≦θ≦30°を満たさない浅底サイプよりも多いことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
