Abstract
Description
温度60℃、相対湿度90%における水蒸気透過率が1000g/m2/日以下である熱可塑樹脂フィルムBとを接着するためのものであることが好ましい。
熱可塑樹脂フィルムB上に塗布した30秒後に200mJ/cm2の光照射で硬化させた際の接着強度2の10倍未満であることが好ましい。
温度60℃、相対湿度90%における水蒸気透過率が1000g/m2/日以下の熱可塑樹脂フィルムB、および
熱可塑樹脂フィルムAと熱可塑樹脂フィルムBとの間に形成され、前記光硬化性接着剤を硬化させてなる接着層
を含む光学積層フィルムに関する。
工程1で塗布された光硬化性接着剤と、温度60℃、相対湿度90%における水蒸気透過率が2000g/m2/日以上である熱可塑樹脂フィルムAとを張り合わせる工程2、および
光硬化性接着剤を硬化させる工程3を含む、
光学積層フィルムの製造方法に関する。
本発明は、芳香族エポキシ化合物および感光性カチオン開始剤を含む熱可塑樹脂フィルム用光硬化性接着剤であって、無溶剤系であり、芳香族エポキシ化合物の含有量が全体の50重量%以上である、熱可塑樹脂フィルム用光硬化性接着剤に関する。
本発明の光学積層フィルムの製造方法は、温度60℃、相対湿度90%における水蒸気透過率が1000g/m2/日以下である熱可塑樹脂フィルムB上に、前記光硬化性接着剤を塗布する工程1、工程1で塗布された光硬化性接着剤と、温度60℃、相対湿度90%における水蒸気透過率が2000g/m2/日以上である熱可塑樹脂フィルムAとを張り合わせる工程2、および光硬化性接着剤を硬化させる工程3を含むことを特徴とする。
上記方法により、温度60℃、相対湿度90%における水蒸気透過率が2000g/m2/日以上の熱可塑樹脂フィルムA、温度60℃、相対湿度90%における水蒸気透過率が1000g/m2/日以下の熱可塑樹脂フィルムB、および熱可塑樹脂フィルムAと熱可塑樹脂フィルムBとの間に形成され、上記光硬化性接着剤を硬化させてなる接着層を含む光学積層フィルムが得られる。
本発明の光学積層フィルムは、偏光板、表示素子の基板、有機EL素子用の封止材や円偏光板、全面保護板、半導体用・太陽電池用等のパッシベーション膜等の用途に用いることができる。偏光板として用いる場合には、前述のように、1つの熱可塑樹脂フィルムAが、接着層を介して2つの熱可塑樹脂フィルムBにより挟まれた形態であってもよい。偏光板として用いる場合には、位相差フィルム、視野角拡大フィルム、輝度向上フィルム、保護フィルム、離型フィルム等と組み合わせてもよい。

2−1.粘度
光硬化性接着剤の硬化前の粘度は、25℃でE型粘度計を用いて回転速度100rpmで測定した。
2−2.接触角
光硬化性接着剤の基材に対する接触角は、2mgの光硬化性接着剤をポリエステルフィルム(東レ株式会社製、ルミラーT60、25μm)上に滴下し、接触角計としてCA−D(協和界面科学(株)製)を用いて測定した。
2−3.接着強度
実施例および比較例で作製した積層体を20mm×150mmに裁断したものを試験片として用いた。試験片には、光硬化性接着剤が塗工されていない範囲(20mm×10mm)をあらかじめ用意した。試験片の熱可塑樹脂フィルムAからなる層を引っ張り試験機(装置名:東洋精機株式会社製ストログラフ試験器)に粘着テープで固定した。熱可塑樹脂フィルムBからなる層のうち光硬化性接着剤が塗工されていない部分を、上部つかみ具で固定し、剥離速度300mm/minにて90°剥離強度(N/20mm)を測定した。なお、湿熱処理後の接着強度は、試験片を恒温恒湿器(ESPEC社製、FR−1J)を用いて温度85℃、相対湿度85%の環境下に100時間保存した後、前記方法で接着強度を測定した。
表1に記載の各成分を配合し、光硬化性接着剤を作製した。比較例2のみ、表1に記載の各成分を溶剤(シクロヘキサン)中で配合し、濃度が80重量%となるように調製した。

- 芳香族エポキシ化合物および感光性カチオン開始剤を含む熱可塑樹脂フィルム用光硬化性接着剤であって、
無溶剤系であり、芳香族エポキシ化合物の含有量が全体の50重量%以上である、熱可塑樹脂フィルム用光硬化性接着剤。 - さらに、水酸基、カルボキシル基、およびスルホ基からなる群から選択される1種以上の親水性基を有し、分子量が1000以下である化合物を含む、
請求項1に記載の光硬化性接着剤。 - 粘度が200mPa・s以下であり、熱可塑樹脂フィルムへの接触角が25°以下である、
