Claims (7)
- 硬化された切断エッジ(2)を有する帯鋼カッターを製造する方法であって、基端で中間組織を備えつつ表面で脱炭部(4,4’)を備えた、断面が本質的に長方形状の帯鋼(1)が、長手切断エッジ(2)の形成を伴う切削加工をなされ、つづいて、切断エッジ範囲(6,7)において材料の硬化をなされる、前記方法において、
第1のステップでは、長手側で、切断エッジ(2)の形成を伴う切断面(3,3’;5,5’)の切削式の成形がなされ、そのうえで、第2のステップでは、前記切断エッジ範囲(6;7)の硬化が行われ、つづいて、第3のステップにおいて、前記切断面(3,3’)が、前記表面の形状付けのために、前記切断エッジ(2)へ向けて、研磨による精密加工によって切削加工され、その後、第4のステップでは、前記切断エッジ範囲(6,7)での少なくとも1つの連続硬化が行われ、前記切断エッジ(2)への先端の前記切断エッジ範囲(7)における材料の硬さ増大がなされることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ステップ1による前記切断面(3,3’;5,5’)の成形が、研削によって行われ、前記第2のステップでは、550〜700HVの値への前記切断エッジ範囲(6,7)の誘導式の硬化が行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ1及びステップ2により製造された切断エッジ範囲(6,7)の表面が、(オーストリア規格、EN ISO 4287による)0.005〜0.12μmのRa及び0.05〜1.2μmのRzの粗さをもって精密加工によって研磨して形成され、このとき作成されるエッジ(2)のエッジ半径がS≦2.5μmで成形されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 幾何学的な形成及び研磨された前記表面(8,8’)への局所的なエネルギー入力に基づき、前記連続硬化のパラメータが面範囲(3,3’;5,5’)において検出され、650HV以上の材料硬さが、前記切断エッジ(2)から基端へ0.05〜0.15mmの深さまで前記面範囲(7,6)内へ作成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの長手側で切削式の成形によって作成された、硬化された切断エッジ(2)を有する切断面で製造された、工具、特に厚紙、段ボール、プラスチックフィルム及びこれらに類するもののような平坦な材料を加工する工具を製造する帯鋼カッターにおいて、
当該帯鋼カッター(1)が、断面において、基端に中間組織を有しており、前記切断面(3,3’;5,5’)が、最大で2.5μmの半径を有する前記切断エッジ(2)へ向けて、精密加工によって研磨された表面(3,3’)を備えており、材料の硬さが、先端の前記切断エッジ範囲(7)において、面範囲内へ0.05〜0.15mmの深さまで少なくとも650HVであるとともに、基端方向へ減少していることを特徴とする帯鋼カッター。 - 精密加工により切削加工あるいは研磨された前記切断面(3,3’;5,5’)の表面(3,3’)が、(オーストリア規格、EN ISO 4287による)0.005〜0.12μmのRa及び0.05〜1.2μmのRzの粗さを有していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の帯鋼カッター。
- 研磨された前記切断範囲(7,6)の表面が、少なくとも先端の切断エッジ範囲(7)において、1つ又は更に1つの連続硬化において形成された表面層(8,8’)、すなわち酸化被膜及び/又はすべり層又は硬質材料層を支持していることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の帯鋼カッター。
