Claims (11)
- 基板と、
前記基板に分布された,内部に電源線の配線隙間が設けられたデータ分配器およびデータドライバと、
前記データドライバおよびデータ分配器に接続された複数本の第1のデータ線と、
前記データドライバに接続されて前記電源線の配線隙間を貫通する少なくとも1本の第1の電源線と、を含むことを特徴とする、集積回路。 - 前記データ分配器は、前記基板に分布されている、前記第1のデータ線に接続された複数の機能ユニットを含み、隣接する2つの前記機能ユニットの間は、前記基板に分布された導線によって接続され、且つ、隣接する2つの前記機能ユニットの間に前記電源線の配線隙間が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の集積回路。
- 隣接する2つの前記機能ユニットの間に隙間が設けられ、前記隙間は、前記電源線の配線隙間と前記第1の電源線が設けられていない空き隙間とを含み、前記電源線の配線隙間の幅は前記空き隙間の幅よりも大きいことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の集積回路。
- 前記電源線の配線隙間に隣接する第1の空き隙間の幅は、前記電源線の配線隙間と少なくとも1つの前記第1の空隙を間隔した第2の空き隙間の幅よりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の集積回路。
- 前記第1の空き隙間の幅が前記第2の空き隙間の幅よりも小さい場合、単一の前記電源線の配線隙間の幅と単一の前記第1の空き隙間の幅との和は、単一の前記第2の空き隙間の幅の2倍となることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の集積回路。
- それぞれの前記空き隙間の幅は等しい、
ことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の集積回路。 - 前記第1の電源線は、前記データドライバから引き出された後、直線状に延在し、前記データ分配器を貫通するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の集積回路。
- 前記第1の電源線は、少なくとも2本設けられ、且つ、前記データ分配器を貫通した後、1本の第2の電源線に集積するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の集積回路。
- 更に前記データ分配器に接続されて前記集積回路の走査線と交差する複数の第2のデータ線を含み、それぞれの前記第2のデータ線は、直線状に延在する第2のデータ線部分を含み、且つ隣接する2つの前記第2のデータ線部分の間の隙間は等しいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の集積回路。
- 筐体と、前記筐体内に設けられた請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の集積回路とを含むことを特徴とする、携帯端末。
- 筐体と、前記筐体内に設けられた請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の集積回路とを含むことを特徴とする、ディスプレイ。
