Abstract
Description
− 15〜55wt%の1種または複数の有機過酸化物、

(i)3〜30wt%の濃度でマスターバッチ中に存在し、100m2/g超のBET表面積を有する充填剤タイプ1、
(ii)3〜40wt%の濃度でマスターバッチ中に存在し、100m2/g以下のBET表面積を有する充填剤タイプ2
を含み、押出物の形態を有するマスターバッチを提供することによって達成される。
本発明による2つのマスターバッチを調製した。第1のマスターバッチは、ジクミルペルオキシド(Perkadox(登録商標)BC、ex−AkzoNobel)を含有し;第2のマスターバッチは、ジ(tert−ブチルペルオキシイソプロピル)ベンゼン(Perkadox(登録商標)14S、ex−AkzoNobel)を含有していた。

Claims (15)
- 過酸化物マスターバッチであって、
− 15〜55wt%の1種または複数の有機過酸化物、
− 15〜45wt%の、第1のモノマーがエチレンまたはプロピレンであり、第2のモノマーが少なくとも4個の炭素原子および任意選択でヘテロ原子を含むビニルモノマーである少なくとも2種の異なるモノマーの1種または複数のコポリマー、
− 6〜70wt%の、それぞれ異なるBET表面積を有する少なくとも2種の充填剤タイプ、充填剤タイプ1および充填剤タイプ2:
(i)3〜30wt%の濃度でマスターバッチ中に存在し、100m2/g超のBET表面積を有する充填剤タイプ1、
(ii)3〜40wt%の濃度でマスターバッチ中に存在し、100m2/g以下のBET表面積を有する充填剤タイプ2
を含み、押出物の形態を有する、過酸化物マスターバッチ。 - 30〜52wt%の1種または複数の過酸化物を含む、請求項1に記載の過酸化物マスターバッチ。
- 前記有機過酸化物が、ジクミルペルオキシド、ジ(tert−ブチルペルオキシイソプロピル)ベンゼン、1,1−ジ(tert−ブチルペルオキシ)−3,3,5−トリ−メチルシクロヘキサン、ブチル−4,4−ジ(tert−ブチルペルオキシ)バレレート、2,5−ジメチル−2,5−ジ(tert−ブチルペルオキシ)ヘキサン、およびペルオキシ−3,5,5−トリメチルヘキサン酸tert−ブチルからなる群から選択される、請求項1または2に記載の過酸化物マスターバッチ。

- 前記請求項のいずれか一項に記載の過酸化物マスターバッチを調製するための方法であって、前記1種または複数の有機過酸化物、前記1種または複数のコポリマーの顆粒またはペレット、および前記少なくとも2種の充填剤タイプを、押出機に加え、50〜95℃の範囲の温度で押出す、方法。
- 前記押出が、70〜85℃の範囲の温度で実施される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- エラストマーを架橋するための方法であって、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の前記過酸化物マスターバッチを、架橋すべきエラストマー中に分散させるステップを含み、前記エラストマーが好ましくはEPMまたはEPDMである、方法。
- ポリエチレンの架橋、改質、もしくは官能化、ポリプロピレンの分解もしくは官能化、または熱可塑性加硫物の生成のための、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の前記過酸化物マスターバッチの使用。
