Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. a)全組成物の重量に基いて20〜80重量%の、少なくとも一つの有機パーオ キシド、及び b)液状EP(D)Mを包含する低分子量ポリマー、アルキルベンゼン、可塑剤 、及び/又はワックスから選ばれる一つ又はそれ以上の軟化剤の有効量(ここで 、該軟化剤は、60℃において10,000ポイズ又はそれより低いブルックフ ィールド粘度を有する) を含み、更に、 c)添加剤を含んでもよいところの 架橋性組成物(但し、該組成物は、トランス−ポリオクテナマーゴムを実質的に 含まない)。 2.軟化剤が、全組成物の重量に基いて2〜70重量%の量で存在するところの 請求項1記載の架橋性組成物。 3.軟化剤が、液状EPM又は液状EPDMであるところの請求項1又は2記載 の架橋性組成物。 4.少なくとも一つのフィラーを更に含む軟らかい顆粒物であり、かつ、ここで 、軟化剤が、20℃における5mPa.sの粘度と100℃における60,00 0mPa.sの粘度との間の粘度、又はこの範囲外の粘度を有するところの請求 項1又は2記載の架橋性組成物。 5.軟化剤が、100℃において50,000mPa.s、好ましくは20,0 00mPa.s、より好ましくは10,000mPa.sの最大粘度を持ち、か つ100℃におい て3mPa.sの最小粘度を持つ低分子量ポリマーであるところの請求項4記載 の軟らかい顆粒物。 6.軟化剤が、20℃において5mPa.s、好ましくは20mPa.s、より 好ましくは40mPa.sの最小粘度を持ち、かつ20℃において2,500m Pa.sの最大粘度を持つアルキルベンゼンであるところの請求項5記載の顆粒 物。 7.一つ若しくはそれ以上の固体パーオキシドが使用されるなら、パーオキシド が20〜80重量%を示し、又は一つ若しくはそれ以上の液体パーオキシドが使 用されるなら、パーオキシドが20〜70重量%を示し、フィラーが20〜80 重量%を示し、かつ軟化剤が2〜40重量%を示すところの請求項4〜6のいず れか一つに記載の顆粒物(ここで、全ての重量%は組成物全体の重量に基くもの である)。 8.30〜60重量%の一つ又はそれ以上のパーオキシド、25〜60重量%の 一つ又はそれ以上のフィラー、及び2.5〜35重量%の一つ又はそれ以上の軟 化剤を含むところの請求項7記載の顆粒物(ここで、全ての重量%は組成物全体 の重量%として表現されている)。 9.フィラーがシリカ及び白亜を含み、ここで、最終組成物のシリカ含有量が1 0〜50重量%であり、かつ最終組成物の白亜含有量が50重量%より少ないと ころの請求項8記載の顆粒物(ここで、全ての重量%は組成物全体の重量%とし て表現されている)。 10. 無機質フィラー及び軟化剤を混合して混合物Aを形成すること、 適切なら、更なる成分とブレンドすることにより混合物Aを完成すること、 液状、固体状又は溶融された架橋性パーオキシドを混合物Aに加えること、 パーオキシドの10時間半減期温度より少なくとも40℃下であるところの温度 において、少なくとも10分間該成分を混合すること、及び 得られた粉末を、慣用の造粒装置を使用して顆粒物に成形すること の段階を含む請求項4〜9のいずれか一つに記載の顆粒化された組成物を作る方 法。 11.請求項1〜10のいずれか一つに記載の組成物を、エラストマー、熱可塑 性樹脂又はそれらの組合せと混合する方法。 12.該エラストマー、熱可塑性栂脂又はそれらの組合せを架橋する段階を更に 含むところの、請求項11記載の方法。
