Abstract
Description
本発明は、車両のアクスルハーフシャフトに連結された車両用電気駆動アセンブリであって、前記電気駆動アセンブリが、モータと、減速機と、電磁ドグクラッチと、差動装置とを含み、前記減速機には、多段ギアと、入力シャフトと、中間シャフトとが設けられており、
前記差動装置が前記アクスルハーフシャフトの中間に連結されており、
前記電磁ドグクラッチが前記減速機の入力シャフト若しくは中間シャフト、又は、前記アクスルハーフシャフトに取り付けられており、
前記電磁ドグクラッチが噛み合うと、前記モータの駆動力が前記減速機及び前記電磁ドグクラッチを介して前記アクスルハーフシャフトに伝達され車両に駆動力が提供される、車両用電気駆動アセンブリを提供する。
前記電磁ドグクラッチが、固定端面歯と、可動端面歯と、電磁コイルアセンブリと、位置戻し用弾性部材とを含み、前記電磁コイルアセンブリへの通電が停止されると、前記位置戻し用弾性部材が前記可動端面歯の位置を戻すように作用し、前記位置戻し用弾性部材がスプリング、弾性片、ダイヤフラムスプリング又はスプリングパック部材であり、前記スプリングパック部材は、複数のスプリングを含むものであってもよい。
前記一段目の従動ギア及び二段目の駆動ギアが共に前記中間シャフトに固定的に連結され、前記二段目の従動ギアが前記差動装置に固定的に連結されていてもよい。
前記一段目の駆動ギアが前記入力軸に固定的に連結され、前記二段目の駆動ギアが前記中間シャフトに固定的に連結され、前記二段目の従動ギアが前記差動装置に固定的に連結されていてもよい。
前記一段目の駆動ギアが前記入力シャフトに固定的に連結され、前記一段目の従動ギアが前記中間シャフトに固定的に連結され、前記二段目の従動ギアが前記差動装置に固定的に連結されており、
前記モータが前記入力シャフトを回転駆動させ、これに伴って前記一段目の駆動ギア、一段目の従動ギア及び可動端面歯も回転駆動するようになっていてもよい。
前記一段目の駆動ギアが前記入力シャフトに固定的に連結され、前記一段目の従動ギア及び二段目の駆動ギアが共に前記中間シャフトに固定的に連結されており、
前記モータが前記入力シャフトを回転駆動させ、これに伴って前記一段目の駆動ギア、一段目の従動ギア、二段目の駆動ギア及び二段目の従動ギアも回転駆動し、前記二段目の従動ギアの回転に伴って、前記固定端面歯が回転駆動するようになっていてもよい。
差動装置7がリアアクスルハーフシャフト6の中間に連結されており、
電磁ドグクラッチが減速機の入力シャフト4に取り付けられており、
電磁ドグクラッチが噛み合うと、モータ1の駆動力が、減速機及び電磁ドグクラッチを介してリアアクスルハーフシャフト6に伝達され車両に補助駆動力が提供される。
Claims (10)
- 車両のアクスルハーフシャフトに連結された車両用電気駆動アセンブリであって、
モータと、減速機と、電磁ドグクラッチと、差動装置とを含み、前記減速機には、多段ギアと、入力シャフトと、中間シャフトとが設けられており、
前記差動装置が前記アクスルハーフシャフトの中間に連結されており、
前記電磁ドグクラッチが前記減速機の入力シャフト若しくは中間シャフト、又は、前記アクスルハーフシャフトに取り付けられており、
前記電磁ドグクラッチが噛み合うと、前記モータの駆動力が、前記減速機及び前記電磁ドグクラッチを介して前記アクスルハーフシャフトに伝達され前記車両に駆動力が提供される、ことを特徴とする車両用電気駆動アセンブリ。 - 前記減速機が、一段目の駆動ギアと、一段目の従動ギアと、二段目の駆動ギアと、二段目の従動ギアとを含み、同じギア段のギアが互いに噛み合うようになっており、
前記電磁ドグクラッチが、固定端面歯と、可動端面歯と、電磁コイルアセンブリと、位置戻し用弾性部材とを含み、前記電磁コイルアセンブリへの通電が停止されると、前記位置戻し用弾性部材が前記可動端面歯の位置を戻すように作用し、前記位置戻し用弾性部材がスプリング、弾性片、ダイヤフラムスプリング又はスプリングパック部材であり、前記スプリングパック部材は、複数のスプリングを含むものである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用電気駆動アセンブリ。 - 前記固定端面歯が前記一段目の駆動ギアに取り付けられており、前記一段目の駆動ギアが前記入力シャフトに遊嵌されており、前記可動端面歯がトランスミッションペアを介して前記入力シャフトに取り付けられると共に前記トランスミッションペア上を摺動可能であり、
前記一段目の従動ギア及び二段目の駆動ギアが共に前記中間シャフトに固定的に連結され、前記二段目の従動ギアが前記差動装置に固定的に連結されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用電気駆動アセンブリ。 - 前記固定端面歯が前記一段目の従動ギアに取り付けられており、前記一段目の従動ギアが前記中間シャフトに遊嵌されており、前記可動端面歯がトランスミッションペアを介して前記中間シャフトに取り付けられると共に前記トランスミッションペア上を摺動可能であり、
前記一段目の駆動ギアが前記入力シャフトに固定的に連結され、前記二段目の駆動ギアが前記中間シャフトに固定的に連結され、前記二段目の従動ギアが前記差動装置に固定的に連結されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用電気駆動アセンブリ。 - 前記固定端面歯が前記二段目の駆動ギアに取り付けられており、前記二段目の駆動ギアが前記中間シャフトに遊嵌されており、前記可動端面歯がトランスミッションペアを介して前記中間シャフトに取り付けられると共に前記トランスミッションペア上を摺動可能であり、
前記一段目の駆動ギアが前記入力シャフトに固定的に連結され、前記一段目の従動ギアが前記中間シャフトに固定的に連結され、前記二段目の従動ギアが前記差動装置に固定的に連結されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用電気駆動アセンブリ。 - 前記固定端面歯が前記二段目の従動ギアに取り付けられており、前記二段目の従動ギアが前記アクスルハーフシャフトに遊嵌されており、前記可動端面歯がトランスミッションペアを介して前記アクスルハーフシャフトに取り付けられると共に前記トランスミッションペア上を摺動可能であり、
前記一段目の駆動ギアが前記入力シャフトに固定的に連結され、前記一段目の従動ギア及び二段目の駆動ギアが共に前記中間シャフトに固定的に連結されている、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用電気駆動アセンブリ。 - 前記電磁コイルアセンブリが、コイルハウジングと、リード線と、シーラントとを含み、前記電磁ドグクラッチが常開型クラッチ又は常閉型クラッチである、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用電気駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記モータのリアエンドカバーと減速機のフロントハウジングとが同一のハウジングであり、前記モータのロータシャフトと前記減速機の入力シャフトとが同一のシャフトである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用電気駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記車両用電気駆動アセンブリが主駆動又は補助駆動であり、前記アクスルハーフシャフトが、フロントアクスルハーフシャフト又はリアアクスルハーフシャフトである、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1つに記載の車両用電気駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記トランスミッションペアが、スプライン、シングルキー、角シャフト又はフラットシャフトである、ことを特徴とする請求項3〜請求項6のいずれか1つに記載の車両用電気駆動アセンブリ。
