前記入力軸に第一のギアが設けられ、前記第一の中間軸に第二のギアが設けられ、第一のギアが第二のギアと噛合伝動し、前記第二の中間軸に第三のギアが設けられ、前記第三の中間軸に第四のギアが設けられ、第三のギアが第四のギアと噛合伝動し、前記第三の中間軸に第五のギアが更に設けられ、前記差動装置に第六のギアが設けられ、第五のギアが第六のギアと噛合伝動することを特徴とする横置型単一動力源車両用駆動アセンブリ。 - 前記第一のクラッチが噛み合うと、前記動力源が、動力を、前記入力軸、前記第一のギア、前記第二のギア、前記第一の中間軸、前記第三の中間軸、前記第五のギア、前記第六のギア及び前記差動装置を順次経由させて前記アクスルハーフシャフトに伝達することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記第一のギアと前記第二のギアとの噛合伝動比をi1とし、前記第五のギアと前記第六のギアとの噛合伝動比をi3とすると、前記第一のクラッチが噛み合っている場合、前記自動変速機における噛合伝動比がi1×i3となることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両用駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記第二のクラッチが噛み合うと、前記動力源が、動力を、前記入力軸、前記第二の中間軸、前記第三のギア、前記第四のギア、前記第三の中間軸、前記第五のギア、前記第六のギア及び前記差動装置を順次経由させて前記アクスルハーフシャフトに伝達することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記第三のギアと前記第四のギアとの噛合伝動比をi2とし、前記第五のギアと前記第六のギアとの噛合伝動比をi3とすると、前記第二のクラッチが噛み合っている場合、前記自動変速機における噛合伝動比がi2×i3となることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の車両用駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記動力源は、電動モータであるか、又は、エンジンとISGモータとの組み合わせたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記動力源は、エンジンとISGモータとの組み合わせたものであり、前記エンジンと前記ISGモータとの間にねじり振動ダンパーが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記アクスルハーフシャフトは、フロントアクスルハーフシャフト又はリアアクスルハーフシャフトであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記第一のクラッチ及び第二のクラッチは、端面歯クラッチであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用駆動アセンブリ。
- 前記端面歯クラッチの駆動方式は、電磁駆動式、油圧駆動式、空圧駆動式又は電気駆動式であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の車両用駆動アセンブリ。
