Description
それと同時に、従来の車両用駆動アセンブリの縦寸法が大きくてコンパクト車に使用できないこと、及び、変速機のギア数が多くて伝動構造が複雑であるという問題が解決される。
前記自動変速機において、第一の中間軸が第一の入力軸と平行に設けられ、第二の中間軸が第一の入力軸と同軸心方向に設けられ、第三の中間軸が第一の中間軸と同軸心方向に設けられ、前記第一の中間軸と前記第三の中間軸との間に第一のクラッチが設けられ、前記第一の入力軸と前記第二の中間軸との間に第二のクラッチが設けられており、
前記第一の入力軸に第一のギアが設けられ、前記第一の中間軸に第二のギアが設けられ、第一のギアが第二のギアと噛合伝動し、前記第二の入力軸に第三のギアが設けられ、前記第二の中間軸に第四のギアが設けられ、第三のギアが第四のギアと噛合伝動し、
前記第二の中間軸に第五のギアが更に設けられ、前記第三の中間軸に第六のギアが設けられ、前記差動装置に第七のギアが設けられ、第五のギアが第六のギアと噛合伝動すると同時に、第六のギアが第七のギアと噛合伝動する。
前記自動変速機において、第一の中間軸が第一の入力軸と平行に設けられ、第二の中間軸が第一の入力軸と同軸心方向に設けられ、第三の中間軸が第一の中間軸と同軸心方向に設けられ、前記第一の中間軸と前記第三の中間軸との間に第一のクラッチが設けられ、前記第一の入力軸と前記第二の中間軸との間に第二のクラッチが設けられており、
前記第一の入力軸に第一のギアが設けられ、前記第一の中間軸に第二のギアが設けられ、第一のギアが第二のギアと噛合伝動し、前記第二の入力軸に第三のギアが設けられ、前記第二の中間軸に第四のギアが設けられ、第三のギアが第四のギアと噛合伝動し、
前記第二の中間軸に第五のギアが更に設けられ、前記第三の中間軸に第六のギアが設けられ、前記差動装置に第七のギアが設けられ、前記第三の中間軸に第八のギアが更に設けられており、
前記第八のギアが前記第二の中間軸における第五のギアと噛合伝動し、前記第六のギアが前記第七のギアのみと噛合伝動してもよい。
前記第一のクラッチが噛み合い、前記第二のクラッチが切断されている場合、前記自動変速機における噛合伝動比がi1×i3となり、
前記第一のクラッチが切断され、前記第二のクラッチが噛み合っている場合、前記自動変速機における噛合伝動比がi5×i3となり、
前記第一のクラッチ及び前記第二のクラッチが切断されている場合、前記第二の動力源が、自動変速機を介して、i4×i5×i3の噛合伝動比で動力を出力してもよい。
図1に示すように、本発明の実施例1において、アクスルハーフシャフトに連結される横置型デュアル動力源車両用駆動アセンブリが提供され、該車両用駆動アセンブリは、第一の動力源と、第二の動力源と、自動変速機10とを含み、自動変速機10に第一の入力軸21及び第二の入力軸22が設けられ、第一の動力源及び第二の動力源がそれぞれ第一の入力軸21及び第二の入力軸22に連結され、自動変速機10とアクスルハーフシャフトとの連結箇所に差動装置50が設けられている。
第一のクラッチ41が噛み合い、第二のクラッチ断42が切断されている場合、第一の動力源が、第一の入力軸21、第一のギア11、第二のギア12、第一の中間軸31、第一のクラッチ41、第三の中間軸33、第六のギア16、第七のギア17及び差動装置50を順次に介して、アクスルハーフシャフトに動力を伝達する。
上記から分かるように、本発明の実施例による駆動アセンブリでは、次のように3つの伝動比を実現することができる。
本発明の実施例2は、実施例1に基づいて改良されたものである。本発明の実施例2は、実施例1と比べると、図2に示すように、第三の中間軸33に第八ギア18が設けられており、この場合、第五のギア15が第八ギア18と噛合伝動し、第六のギア16が第七のギア17のみと噛合伝動する点で異なっている。
本発明の実施例3は、実施例1に基づいて改良されたものである。本発明の実施例3は、実施例1と比べると、図3に示すように、本発明の実施例3において、第一の動力源として、電動モータ70が用いられている点で異なっている。本発明の実施例3の他の内容は、実施例1と同じであり、ここで繰り返して説明しない。
本発明の実施例4において、図1又は図2に示すように、エンジン70とISGモータ71との間にねじり振動ダンパー72が設けられており、ねじり振動ダンパー72が緩衝機能を有し、エンジン70とISGモータ71との接合部のねじり剛性を低減することで、ねじり振動の固有振動数を低減し、ねじり振動を解消することができる。本発明の実施例4の他の内容は、実施例1と同じであり、ここで繰り返して説明しない。

- アクスルハーフシャフトに連結される横置型デュアル動力源車両用駆動アセンブリであって、
第一の動力源と、第二の動力源と、自動変速機とを含み、前記自動変速機に第一の入力軸及び第二の入力軸が設けられ、前記動力源がそれぞれ2本の入力軸に連結され、前記自動変速機と前記アクスルハーフシャフトとの連結箇所に差動装置が設けられており、
前記自動変速機において、第一の中間軸が第一の入力軸と平行に設けられ、第二の中間軸が第一の入力軸と同軸心方向に設けられ、第三の中間軸が第一の中間軸と同軸心方向に設けられ、前記第一の中間軸と前記第三の中間軸との間に第一のクラッチが設けられ、前記第一の入力軸と前記第二の中間軸との間に第二のクラッチが設けられており、
前記第一の入力軸に第一のギアが設けられ、前記第一の中間軸に第二のギアが設けられ、第一のギアが第二のギアと噛合伝動し、前記第二の入力軸に第三のギアが設けられ、前記第二の中間軸に第四のギアが設けられ、第三のギアが第四のギアと噛合伝動し、
前記第二の中間軸に第五のギアが更に設けられ、前記第三の中間軸に第六のギアが設けられ、前記差動装置に第七のギアが設けられ、第五のギアが第六のギアと噛合伝動すると同時に、第六のギアが第七のギアと噛合伝動する、
ことを特徴とする横置型デュアル動力源車両用駆動アセンブリ。 - 前記第一のクラッチ及び前記第二のクラッチが切断されている場合、前記第二の動力源が、前記第二の入力軸、第三のギア、第四のギア、第二の中間軸、第五のギア、第六のギア、第七のギア及び差動装置を順次に介して、動力を前記アクスルハーフシャフトに伝達する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の横置型デュアル動力源車両用駆動アセンブリ。 - 前記第一のクラッチが噛み合い、前記第二のクラッチが切断されている場合、前記第一の動力源が、前記第一の入力軸、第一のギア、第二のギア、第一の中間軸、第一のクラッチ、第三の中間軸、第六のギア、第七のギア及び差動装置を順次に介して、動力を前記アクスルハーフシャフトに伝達する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の横置型デュアル動力源車両用駆動アセンブリ。 - 前記第一のギアと前記第二のギアとの噛合伝動比をi1とし、前記第六のギアと前記第七のギアとの噛合伝動比をi3とすると、前記第一のクラッチが噛み合い、前記第二のクラッチが切断されている場合、前記自動変速機における噛合伝動比がi1×i3となる、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の横置型デュアル動力源車両用駆動アセンブリ。 - 前記第二のクラッチが噛み合い、前記第一のクラッチが切断されている場合、前記第一の動力源が、前記第一の入力軸、第二のクラッチ、第二の中間軸、第五のギア、第六のギア、第七のギア及び差動装置を順次に介して、動力を前記アクスルハーフシャフトに伝達する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の横置型デュアル動力源車両用駆動アセンブリ。 - 前記第五のギア、第六のギア及び第七のギアの噛合伝動比をi2とすると、前記第二のクラッチが噛み合い、前記第一のクラッチが切断されている場合、前記自動変速機における噛合伝動比がi2となる、
ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の横置型デュアル動力源車両用駆動アセンブリ。 - 前記第三のギアと前記第四のギアとの噛合伝動比をi4とし、前記第五のギア、第六のギア及び第七のギアの噛合伝動比をi2とすると、前記第一のクラッチ及び前記第二のクラッチが切断されている場合、前記第二の動力源が、自動変速機を介して、i4×i2の噛合伝動比で動力を出力する、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の横置型デュアル動力源車両用駆動アセンブリ。 - アクスルハーフシャフトに連結される横置型デュアル動力源車両用駆動アセンブリであって、
第一の動力源と、第二の動力源と、自動変速機とを含み、前記自動変速機に第一の入力軸及び第二の入力軸が設けられ、前記動力源がそれぞれ2本の入力軸に連結され、前記自動変速機と前記アクスルハーフシャフトとの連結箇所に差動装置が設けられており、

前記第一のクラッチが噛み合い、前記第二のクラッチが切断されている場合、前記自動変速機における噛合伝動比がi1×i3となり、
前記第一のクラッチが切断され、前記第二のクラッチが噛み合っている場合、前記自動変速機における噛合伝動比がi5×i3となり、
前記第一のクラッチ及び前記第二のクラッチが切断されている場合、前記第二の動力源が、自動変速機を介して、i4×i5×i3の噛合伝動比で動力を出力する、
