Claims (30)
- 拡張状態に本質的に付勢される周辺スキャフォールドを有し、前記スキャフォールドの近位端部と遠位端部との間に規定される長さを有するステントであって、
前記スキャフォールドは、前記2つの端部間で前記ステントに沿って延びる長手方向対称面を有し、
前記対称面に垂直な方向の内向きの力は、前記対称面に平行な方向に印加される同じ内向きの力によって生じる内向きの変位よりも大きい内向きの変位を生じさせる、ステント。 - 前記スキャフォールドは非軸対称である、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記スキャフォールドは非円形断面を有する、請求項2に記載のステント。
- 前記スキャフォールドは、両方の端部で互いに連結された2つの鏡対称部分によって構成される、請求項2に記載のステント。
- 前記スキャフォールドは、一連のセルを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記セルは、クローズドセル及びオープンセルの1つ又は組み合わせである、請求項5に記載のステント。
- オープンセル及びクローズドセルの両方を含み、クローズドセル及びオープンセルの相対比率は、前記スキャフォールドの異なる部分において変化する、請求項6に記載のステント。
- 前記スキャフォールドの少なくとも1つの部分の前記セルは、少なくとも1つの他の部分の前記セルと異なる大きさのものである、請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記スキャフォールドは、反対方向に向けられた頂点を有する前記2つの反対端部間に延びる略ジグザグ状のストラットによって形成され、同じ向きを有する連続する頂点は、頂点距離だけ互いに分離され、及び連続する対向頂点は、振幅長さによって分離される、請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記ストラットは、略正弦波形又はZ字形の曲線を規定する、請求項9に記載のステント。
- 隣接するストラットの対向頂点は、周囲で接続されてラジアルリングを規定する、請求項9又は10に記載のステント。
- 前記スキャフォールドの少なくとも1つの部分における(i)前記頂点距離、(ii)前記振幅長さ、及び(iii)前記ストラットの幅の1つ以上は、少なくとも1つの他の部分と異なる、請求項9〜11のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記スキャフォールドは、前記遠位端部よりも前記近位端部において印加される所定の力に対してより大きく変位するように構成される、請求項12に記載のステント。
- 前記スキャフォールドは、その拡張状態では、前記スキャフォールドの少なくとも1つの部分において、前記ステントが留置される内腔の対応する部分よりもオーバーサイズを有する、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記近位端部において、ステント除去を補助するためのテーリングアームを含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記近位端部において、ステント除去を補助するための糸、ケーブル、ワイヤ、縫合糸又はタブを含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記スキャフォールドと一体のアンカリング要素を含む、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 耳管内に留置するための、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載のステント。

- 前記スキャフォールドは非円形断面を有する、請求項19又は20に記載のステント。
- 前記スキャフォールドは一連のセルを含む、請求項19〜21のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記スキャフォールドは、前記スキャフォールドの異なる部分に印加される所定の力に対してより大きく変位するように構成される、請求項19〜22のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記スキャフォールドは、その拡張状態では、前記スキャフォールドの少なくとも1つの部分において、前記ステントが留置される内腔の対応する部分よりもオーバーサイズを有する、請求項19〜23のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記ステントの近位セグメント及び遠位セグメントは、互いの鏡像である、請求項19〜24のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記スキャフォールドの近位部分における前記対称面に垂直な方向の内向きの力は、より遠位の部分における、前記対称面に垂直な方向の同じ内向きの力によって生じる内向きの変位よりも大きい内向きの変位を生じさせる、請求項19〜25のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記近位端部において、ステント除去を補助するためのテーリングアームを含む、請求項19〜26のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記近位端部において、ステント除去を補助するための糸、ケーブル、ワイヤ、縫合糸又はタブを含む、請求項19〜27のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 前記スキャフォールドと一体のアンカリング要素を含む、請求項19〜28のいずれか1項に記載のステント。
- 請求項1〜29のいずれか1項に記載のステントを留置するためのステント留置システム。
