Claims (6)
- 樹脂フィルムの上に銀薄膜層が形成された銀反射層と、
前記銀反射層の両面のうちのいずれか一方の面に顔料と合成樹脂とを混合して形成した光補正層と、
を備え、
前記光補正層の顔料としては、青色顔料CI Blue15:3と紫色顔料CI Violet23との混合顔料を使用し、
前記合成樹脂は、Tgが60℃以上のポリエステルであり、
光補正後に、銀反射シートの580〜600nmの波長帯における反射率が80〜85%に調整され、
接着力が1,000gf/25mm以上の粘着層をさらに備え、
BLUの色均一度及び輝度を調整することを特徴とするLCDのBLU用銀反射シート。 - 前記銀反射シートの光補正後のCIE色座標は、a*が−2.1〜−1.8であり、b*は、−5.5〜−4.0であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLCDのBLU用銀反射シート。
- 前記光補正層の厚さは、0.1〜10μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLCDのBLU用銀反射シート。
- 前記銀反射シートは、粘着層をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLCDのBLU用銀反射シート。
- 前記粘着層の厚さは、10〜50μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLCDのBLU用銀反射シート。
- 請求項1に記載のLCDのBLU用銀反射シートを製造する方法において、
前記光補正層は、ポリエステル10〜40wt%、有機溶媒55〜88wt%、顔料0.1〜2wt%の割合で混合された光補正コーティング液を用いてコーティングして製造することを特徴とするLCDのBLU用銀反射シートの製造方法。
