Description
Claims (14)
- タングステン、リン及び無機酸を含む混合溶液と、有機アルコール含有の油相とを混合して抽出する過程、そして、得られた担持有機相と蒸留水とを油相:水相の体積比が3:1〜10:1で逆抽出して抽出液を得ること、そして、逆抽出した抽出液を加熱蒸発で結晶化させ又は噴霧乾燥することによりリンタングステン酸の結晶を得ること、を含むリンタングステン酸の調製方法であって、
当該調製方法は、以下の方案A,B,CまたはDを含むこと、即ち、
方案A: 前記混合溶液は、白色タングステン酸又は合成灰重石に由来するタングステンと、リン化合物及び無機酸の水溶液との反応で得られるものであること、
方案B: 前記混合溶液は、工業用タングステン酸ナトリウムの結晶を水に溶解させてから、リン化合物及び無機酸を加えて混合することにより得られるものであること、
(ただし、方案Aおよび方案Bにおける抽出の過程において、油相:水相の体積比はいずれも、2:1〜1:5であること)
方案C: 前記混合溶液は、工業用リンタングステン酸の結晶を水に溶解させ、無機酸を加えて混合することにより得られる無機酸含有のリンタングステン酸溶液であり、ただし、三酸化タングステンの濃度が50〜150g/Lであり、無機酸の体積モル濃度が0.5〜6mol/Lであり、抽出の過程に用いられる有機アルコール含有の油相において、有機アルコールの体積濃度が5〜50%であり、油相:水相の体積比が1:1〜10:1であること、
方案D: 前記混合溶液は、タングステン含有の硫酸−リン酸混酸溶液であり、ただし、三酸化タングステンの濃度が25〜150g/Lであり、リン酸の濃度が10〜200g/Lであり、硫酸の濃度を1.5〜2.5mol/Lに調整し、抽出の過程における油相:水相の体積比が3:1〜1:3であること、
を特徴とするリンタングステン酸の調製方法。 - 方案Aまたは方案Bにおいて、前記リン化合物は、リン酸、リン酸ナトリウム、五酸化二リンのうちの一種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリンタングステン酸の調製方法。
- 前記無機酸は、硫酸、塩酸、硝酸のうちの一種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリンタングステン酸の調製方法。
- 方案Aにおいて、前記無機酸の体積モル濃度が1〜4mol/Lであることを特徴とする請求項1又は3に記載のリンタングステン酸の調製方法。
- 方案Aにおいて、前記混合溶液は、三酸化タングステンを10〜150g/L含み、リンを5〜100g/L含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のリンタングステン酸の調製方法。
- 方案Bにおいて、前記混合溶液は、三酸化タングステンを10〜150g/L含み、リンを10〜100g/L含み、前記無機酸の体積モル濃度が1〜4mol/Lであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリンタングステン酸の調製方法。
- 方案Cにおいて、前記混合溶液において、前記無機酸の体積モル濃度が1〜4mol/Lであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリンタングステン酸の調製方法。
- 前記有機アルコール含有の油相は、有機アルコール、及び希釈剤であるスルホン化ケロシンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリンタングステン酸の調製方法。
- 前記有機アルコールはC7〜C20アルコールであることを特徴とする請求項1又は8に記載のリンタングステン酸の調製方法。
- 前記有機アルコールは、オクタノールからドデシルアルコール(ドデカノール)までのアルコールであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のリンタングステン酸の調製方法。
- 前記有機アルコール含有の油相において、有機アルコールの濃度が10〜50%であることを特徴とする請求項1又は9に記載のリンタングステン酸の調製方法。
- 前記有機アルコール含有の油相において、有機アルコールの体積濃度が10〜30%であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のリンタングステン酸の調製方法。
- 方案Cにおいて、工業用リンタングステン酸の結晶の原料にモリブデンが含有されている場合に、まず、ステップ3で得られた逆抽出液にタングステン・モリブデンの総モル量の2〜2.5倍の過酸化水素水を加えるとともに、リン酸トリブチルによってモリブデンを抽出除去することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のリンタングステン酸の調製方法。
- 請求項1,8,9,10,11又は12に記載のリンタングステン酸の調製方法において、当該調製方法は更に、以下の方案Eを含むこと、即ち、
方案E: 方案Dでの逆抽出液に、アンモニア水を加え又はアンモニアガスを導入することにより溶液中の遊離アンモニアを1〜2mol/Lに制御して、タングステン酸アンモニウム溶液を得ること、そして、慣用の手法で前記タングステン酸アンモニウム溶液からリンを除去してから、蒸発結晶化させることにより、パラタングステン酸アンモニウムを得ること、
を特徴とするリンタングステン酸の調製方法。
