−プラスチック融解物(S1、S2)を準備するためのマルチシャフトスクリューマシン(2)を有しており、当該マルチシャフトスクリューマシン(2)が
−−ハウジング(6)、
−−前記ハウジング(6)内に形成され、互いに重なり合う少なくとも2つのハウジング孔(7、8)、
−−少なくとも2つの前記ハウジング孔(7、8)へ合流する、第1の供給開口部(16)及び第2の供給開口部(17)、及び、
−−前記ハウジング孔(7、8)内に回転駆動可能に配設された少なくとも2つの処理要素シャフト(9、10)
を備えていること、
−前記第1の供給開口部(16)を通って少なくとも2つの前記ハウジング孔(7、8)内へ未着色のプラスチック材料(M)を供給するための第1の投入装置(3)を有していること、

−前記第2の駆動モード(B2)では、前記第1の投入装置(3)を用いて前記未着色のプラスチック材料(M)を前記第1の供給開口部(16)を通って少なくとも2つの前記ハウジング孔(7、8)内へ供給可能であるように、

を特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の装置において、
前記第2の投入装置(4)が、前記第2の供給開口部(17)内へ合流する1つの供給機(19)を有していること、
を特徴とする装置。 - 請求項3に記載の装置において、
前記供給機(19)がシングルシャフトミキサーマシンとして形成されており、当該供給機(19)に1つの着色剤投入ユニット(20)及び1つのプラスチック材料投入ユニット(21)が上流側に配置されていること、
を特徴とする装置。 - 請求項3に記載の装置において、
前記供給機(19)がダブルシャフトミキサーマシンとして形成されており、当該供給機(19)に1つのマスターバッチ投入ユニット(50)が上流側に配置されていること、を特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の装置において、
前記処理要素シャフト(9、10)がそれらの間にギャップ(37)を形成しており、当該ギャップ(37)の幅A1について、前記処理要素シャフト(9、10)の外径Dに対する比率に関して、0.003≦A1/D≦0.05、特には、0.004≦A1/D≦0.035、また特には、0.011≦A1/D≦0.02、の関係が成り立つこと、
を特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の装置において、
前記処理要素シャフト(9、10)が前記ハウジング(6)のハウジング内壁部(36)と共にギャップ(38)を形成しており、当該ギャップ(38)の幅A2について、前記処理要素シャフト(9、10)の外径Dに対する比率に関して、0.004≦A2/D≦0.03、特には、0.005≦A2/D≦0.025、また特には、0.012≦A2/D≦0.019、の関係が成り立つこと、
を特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の装置において、
前記第2の供給開口部(17)が搬送方向(18)において前記第1の供給開口部(16)に対して下流側に配設されていること、
を特徴とする装置。 - 請求項8に記載の装置において、
少なくとも2つの前記処理要素シャフト(9、10)がそれぞれに1つのシャフト(32、33)を有しており、また、前記供給開口部(16、17)の間でスクリュー要素(34、34’)が前記シャフト(32、33)上に回転固定的に配設されていること、
を特徴とする装置。 - 請求項8又は9に記載の装置において、
少なくとも2つの前記処理要素シャフト(9、10)がそれぞれに1つのシャフト(32、33)を有しており、また、前記供給開口部(16、17)の間で混練要素(35、35’)が前記シャフト(32、33)上に回転固定的に配設されていること、
を特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1から10の何れか一項に記載の装置において、
少なくとも2つの前記処理要素シャフト(9、10)がそれぞれに1つのシャフト(32、33)を有しており、また、前記供給開口部(16、17)の下流側でスクリュー要素(34、34’)及び混練要素(35、35’)が前記シャフト(32、33)上に回転固定的に配設されていること、
を特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1から11の何れか一項に記載の装置において、
前記第2の供給開口部(17)を閉鎖するための閉鎖要素(39)
を特徴とする装置。 - 請求項12に記載の装置において、
前記閉鎖要素(39)が閉鎖要素駆動部(42)を用いて操作可能であること、
を特徴とする装置。 - 請求項12又は13に記載の装置において、
前記閉鎖要素(39)が1つの閉鎖壁部(47)を有しており、当該閉鎖壁部(47)がハウジング内壁部(36)に対応的に形成されており、また、前記ハウジング孔(7、8)の少なくとも一方を画定すること、
を特徴とする装置。 - 着色されたプラスチック融解物及び着色されていないプラスチック融解物を製造するための方法において、以下の工程を有していること、すなわち、
−以下のようなマルチシャフトスクリューマシン(2)を準備する工程、すなわち、
−−ハウジング(6)、
−−前記ハウジング(6)内に形成され、互いに重なり合う少なくとも2つのハウジング孔(7、8)、
−−少なくとも2つの前記ハウジング孔(7、8)へ合流する、第1の供給開口部(16)及び第2の供給開口部(17)、及び、
−−前記ハウジング孔(7、8)内に回転駆動可能に配設された少なくとも2つの処理要素シャフト(9、10)、
を備えているマルチシャフトスクリューマシン(2)を準備する工程
−第1の投入装置(3)及び第2の投入装置(4)を準備する工程、
−制御装置(5)を用いて着色されたプラスチック融解物(S1)を製造するための第1の駆動モード(B1)及び着色されていないプラスチック融解物(S2)を製造するための第2の駆動モード(B2)の間の選択を行う工程であって、
−−前記第1の駆動モード(B1)では、前記第2の投入装置(4)を用いて少なくとも着色剤(F)が前記第2の供給開口部(17)を通って少なくとも2つの前記ハウジング孔(7、8)内へ供給され、そして、複数の前記投入装置(3、4)のうちの少なくとも一方を用いて未着色のプラスチック材料(M)が供給される工程にして、また、
−−前記第2の駆動モード(B2)では、前記第1の投入装置(3)を用いて未着色のプラスチック材料(M)が前記第1の供給開口部(16)を通って少なくとも2つの前記ハウジング孔(7、8)内へ供給される工程、及び、
−前記マルチシャフトスクリューマシン(2)及び前記投入装置(3、4)を選択された駆動モード(B1、B2)で駆動する工程、
を有していること、
を特徴とする方法。
