Claims (10)
- 自動車への適用のための蒸気ポンプ(12)、特に燃料蒸気アキュムレータ(16)を換気するためのパージポンプであって、
ポンプ室(24)を備えるポンプハウジング(21)及びモータ室(25)を備えるモータハウジング(22)を少なくとも含むハウジング群(13)を備え、
前記ポンプハウジング(21)は入口開口(30)及び出口開口(44)を有し、
前記入口開口(30)から前記出口開口(44)へ燃料蒸気をポンピングするために前記ポンプ室(48)内にポンピングホイール(34)が設けられており、
前記ポンプホイール(34)は共に回転するためにロータシャフト(36)に取り付けられており、
モータステータ(51)、モータロータ(52)及びモータ制御ユニット(53)を備える駆動モータ(50)が前記モータ室(25)内に設けられており、
前記モータロータ(52)は共に回転するために前記ロータシャフト(36)に接続されており、
前記モータ制御ユニット(53)の電気的接続のために接触プラグ(60)が設けられており、
前記ポンピングホイール(34)は少なくとも部分的に導電性プラスチック材料から製作されており、前記ロータシャフト(36)は導電性材料から製作されており、前記ロータシャフト(36)は、導電手段(28)を介して間接的に又は直接的に前記接触プラグ(60)と電気的に接続された導電性のベアリング装置(26)内において回転可能に支持されている、ことを特徴とする自動車への適用のための蒸気ポンプ。 - 前記ポンピングホイール(34)は、グラファイトのような導電性の充填材を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車への適用のための蒸気ポンプ。
- 前記ロータシャフト(36)は金属で製作されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の自動車への適用のための蒸気ポンプ。
- 前記モータハウジング(22)は、被覆されたモータステータ(51)を備える中実のプラスチック材料ハウジングである、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の自動車への適用のための蒸気ポンプ。
- 前記ポンプハウジング(21)の前記ポンプ室(24)は、ポンプハウジング部(47)及び前記プラスチックハウジング(22)の端面(46)によって囲まれている、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の自動車への適用のための蒸気ポンプ。
- 前記駆動モータ(50)は永久励磁駆動モータであり、前記モータロータ(52)はプラスチック材料中に埋め込まれた永久磁石を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の自動車への適用のための蒸気ポンプ。
- 前記駆動モータ(50)は、非対称永久励磁駆動モータである、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の自動車への適用のための蒸気ポンプ。
- 前記ポンピングホイール(34)は遠心ホイールである、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の自動車への適用のための蒸気ポンプ。
- 前記導電手段(28)は、少なくとも、前記接触プラグ(60)への導電性ワイヤ接続によって形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の自動車への適用のための蒸気ポンプ。
- 前記導電性ワイヤ接続は、前記モータ制御ユニット(53)の回路基板(35)を介して導かれている、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の自動車への適用のための蒸気ポンプ。
