Claims (2)
- 内部ロータポンプとして構成された電動モータ型自動車用軸流液ポンプ(10)において、
液体の吸い込み及び吐出のために軸線方向の入口開口(14)及び軸線方向の出口開口(16)を形成するポンプハウジング(12)と、
前記ポンプハウジング(12)内に備えられた電動モータ(17)であって、
複数の外側ステータコイル(20)を備えたモータステータ(18)、
前記ステータコイル(20)の径方向内側に備えられたプラスチックの射出成形体として形成されたキャン(22)、及び
軸流インペラとして構成され且つ前記キャン(22)の内側に回転可能に配置されたロータ本体(32)を有する、電動モータ(17)とを具備し、
前記キャン(22)と前記ロータ本体(32)との間は前記液体で満たされて、前記キャン(22)と前記ロータ本体(32)とは協働して滑り軸受けを構成しており、
前記ロータ本体(32)は、複数のブレード(36)を有し、
前記ブレードは、前記入口開口(14)から前記出口開口(16)まで前記ロータ本体(32)の回転軸線(33)に沿って液体を送出し、
前記ロータ本体(32)は、一体品であり、
前記ロータ本体(32)は、プラスチックで結合された永久磁石粒子を含み、
前記ロータ本体(32)は永久的な磁気特性を有し、
前記モータステータ(18)は、前記プラスチックの射出成形体として形成された前記キャン(22)内に少なくとも部分的に埋め込まれている、電動モータ型自動車用軸流液ポンプ(10)。 - 前記永久磁石粒子は、ネオジム粒子およびフェライト粒子の少なくとも一方である、請求項1に記載の電動モータ型自動車用軸流液ポンプ(10)。
