Abstract
Description

Claims (28)
- 挿入可能器具であって、
チューブの連結部であって、作動時に圧力変化を発生させる真空源と連結された前記連結部と、
前記チューブのうちの、子宮に挿入可能な吸引部であって、
前記吸引部が前記子宮に挿入されたきに前記子宮の内壁から離れるように方向づけられる開口を含む第1のループ
を含む前記吸引部と、
前記連結部の長さ方向に前記吸引部より近位に配置される封止材であって、前記挿入可能器具の挿入時に膣管と当接し、膣口と前記子宮との間に封止を形成する前記封止材と、
を含む挿入可能器具。 - 前記連結部及び前記吸引部は、互いに連結されている別個の構成要素である、請求項1に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記連結部及び前記吸引部は一体構造である、請求項1に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記チューブは押出型材として製造される、請求項1に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記押出型材は断面が一定である、請求項4に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記押出型材は、チャネルの表面から突き出た表面機構を有する前記チャネルを含む、請求項5に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記押出型材は、断面が前記押出型材の長さ方向に変化する、請求項4に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記押出型材は、前記押出型材の前記吸引部の長さ方向に延びる少なくとも1つの溝を含み、前記少なくとも1つの溝は前記押出型材のエッジ間に配置され、前記押出型材の後処理が、前記押出型材の前記吸引部が2つの部分に分割されるように、前記少なくとも1つの溝に沿って前記押出型材を長さ方向にカットすることを含む、請求項4に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記チューブは、空気及び生物学的物質が移動するチャネルを含む、請求項1に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記チャネルの表面が、前記チャネルの前記表面から突き出た表面機構を含み、前記表面機構は前記チャネルを複数のより小さいチャネルに分割する、請求項9に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記第1のループは複数の開口を含み、各開口は前記複数のより小さいチャネルのうちの少なくとも1つのチャネルにつながっている、請求項10に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記複数の開口の各開口の幅又は長さは2〜3.5ミリメートル(mm)の範囲内である、請求項11に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記吸引部の前記開口は、前記第1のループの正中線側表面の一部に沿って延びている1つ以上のチャネルを含む、請求項1に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記吸引部の前記開口は、前記第1のループの正中線側表面に沿って複数の開口を含む、請求項1に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記吸引部の前記第1のループは、ブリッジによって連結された、前記チューブの第1のブランチ及び第2のブランチを含み、前記ブリッジは各ブランチの遠位端に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記ブリッジは、前記第1のブランチ及び前記第2のブランチの遠位端同士をある距離だけ隔てており、前記ブリッジの長さによって前記第1のブランチ及び前記第2のブランチは互いに折り重ならない、請求項15に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記ブリッジの第1の端部が前記第1のブランチのチャネルに挿入され、前記ブリッジの第2の端部が前記第2のブランチのチャネルに挿入される、請求項15に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記第1のブランチの遠位端は第1のリングを含み、前記第2のブランチの遠位端は第2のリングを含み、各リングは前記各ブランチの外側表面から突き出ており、各リングは穴を含み、前記第1のリング及び前記第2のリングは、前記各穴同士の位置が揃うように方向づけられており、前記ブリッジはほぼピン形状であり、前記ブリッジの第1の端部が前記第1のリングの前記穴に挿入され、前記ブリッジの前記第2の端部が前記第2のリングの前記穴に挿入され、これによって、前記第1のブランチと前記第2のブランチとが連結される、請求項15に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記封止材は単一ディスクを含む、請求項1に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記封止材は複数のディスクを含む、請求項1に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記封止材はバルーンを含み、前記バルーンは、前記封止材が前記子宮又は膣管の内部に配置された時点で膨張する、請求項1に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記封止材はカップ状の幾何学的形状を含み、前記封止材は、前記封止材の底面が前記吸引部から離れるように方向づけられるか、前記吸引部に向かうように方向づけられる、請求項1に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記吸引部を取り囲むシールドを更に含み、前記シールドは、前記第1のループの前記開口が生物学的物質によって遮られるのを防ぐように構成されている、請求項1に記載の挿入可能器具。
- シースを更に含み、前記シースは、少なくとも前記吸引部を覆い、前記吸引部の前記子宮への挿入を容易にする、請求項1に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記シースは、前記吸引部が前記子宮の内部の所望の位置に着いた後に取り外されてよく、これにより、前記吸引部の前記開口が露出する、請求項24に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記チューブは可撓材料で構成される、請求項1に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記連結部は、前記子宮から生物学的物質を集める容器と結合されており、前記容器は、集められた生物学的物質の量を示すように構成されている、請求項1に記載の挿入可能器具。
- 前記吸引部の前記開口は、前記第1のループの正中線側表面に沿って画定される、請求項1に記載の挿入可能器具。
