人工流产减压式吸管,是一种人工流产使用的吸管。现有的人工流产的吸管只有一个负压通道,使用时,通过真空的负压将胚胎组织吸出,此时,很容易吸破没有胚胎位置的膨大的子宫内膜的其他部位,由于那时的子宫中为正压,血液有可能通过输卵管进入腹腔,造成人工流产综合症,严重影响健康。本产品的组成包括:吸管1,所述的吸管1上部为弧形顶2,所述的弧形顶2的一侧具有吸口3,所述的吸管1中装有调压管4,所述的调压管4的进口5和出口6开在所述的吸管1的侧壁上,将吸管1与调压管4之间固定。本产品用作无痛、低感染的人工流产器械。

人工流产减压式吸管
技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种妇产科医疗器械,特别是一种人工流产使用的吸管。
背景技术:现有的人工流产的吸管只有一个负压通道,使用时,通过真空的负压将胚胎组织吸出,此时,很容易吸破没有胚胎位置的膨大的子宫内膜的其他部位,即使没有吸破其他部位,胚胎组织部位也会发生流血,由于那时的子宫中为正压,血液有可能通过输卵管进入腹腔,造成人工流产综合症,严重影响患者的健康。
发明内容:
本实用新型要解决的技术问题:提供一种在人工流产中能够减低宫内压力的吸管。
解决上述问题的技术方案:
人工流产减压式吸管,其组成包括:吸管,所述的吸管上部为弧形顶,所述的弧形顶的一侧具有吸口,所述的吸管中装有调压管,所述的调压管的进出口在所述的吸管的侧壁上。
上述的人工流产减压式吸管,所述的调压管的进口端位于所述的吸口的对应位置,其出口端位于所述的吸管的出口一端。
上述的人工流产减压式吸管,所述的吸管为弧形。
与现有技术相比的有益效果:
1.人工流产过程中,采用本实用新型在宫内压力增高时,可以通过调压管形成一个子宫内和体外的连通腔,通过调压管将血液、液体或者组织排放出去,以减轻宫内的压力,有效的避免了宫血倒流,减轻了患者腹胀和其它痛苦。
2.减压管位于吸管之中,随同吸管一次插入,与吸管复合后总的外观为圆弧,对肌体组织没有磨损和划伤,使用方便。
3.经在哈尔滨妇产医院等医院的300余例试验,使用本产品由于避免了输卵管的液体渗出,明显降低了人工流产综合症的发病率。由于宫内压力减小,有利于子宫的收缩,促进了血窦的闭合,使出血量减少5-15毫升。

人工流产减压式吸管,其组成包括:吸管1,所述的吸管1上部为弧形顶2,所述的弧形顶2的一侧具有吸口3,所述的吸管1中装有调压管4,所述的调压管4的进口5和出口6开在所述的吸管1的侧壁上,将吸管1与调压管4之间固定。
实施例2:
实施例1所述的人工流产减压式吸管,所述的调压管4的进口端5位于所述的吸管1的吸口3的对应位置,使吸管1的吸口3进入子宫后调压管4可以完成泄压的工作,泄压通过调压管4的另一端即位于所述的吸管1的出口一端的出口6来完成。
实施例3:
上述的人工流产减压式吸管,所述的吸管1为弧形,以适应人体的生理曲线。

1.一种人工流产减压式吸管,其组成包括:吸管,其特征是:所述的吸管上部为弧形顶,所述的弧形顶的一侧具有吸口,所述的吸管中装有调压管,所述的调压管的进出口在所述的吸管的侧壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的人工流产减压式吸管,其特征是:所述的调压管的进口端位于所述的吸口的对应位置,其出口端位于所述的吸管的出口一端。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的人工流产减压式吸管,其特征是:所述的吸管为弧形。
