Claims (10)
- ガラス基板上にフレキシブル画面本体を形成するステップであって、前記フレキシブル画面本体は、表示領域と前記フレキシブル画面本体の端部にある硬化組立領域とを含むステップと、
前記硬化組立領域内に制御IC回路を配置するステップと、
前記表示領域に対応するガラス基板を剥離するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とするフレキシブル折り畳み表示画面の製造方法。 - 前記フレキシブル画面本体の端部は、フレキシブル画面本体の延伸方向の一縁部、フレキシブル画面本体の延伸方向の対向する縁部、前記一縁部の一部、又は前記対向する縁部の一部である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブル折り畳み表示画面の製造方法。 - 前記表示領域の縁部に画素疎領域を設置し、画素疎領域内に配置された画素ユニットの画素ユニット密度は、画素疎領域外の画素ユニットの画素ユニット密度より小さく、画素疎領域内の隣接する画素ユニットのピッチは、信号線の外径に適合する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブル折り畳み表示画面の製造方法。 - 前記表示領域の縁部に画素疎領域を設置し、画素疎領域内の隣接する画素ユニットにより画素マトリックスを構成し、画素マトリックスは均一に配置され、画素疎領域内の隣接する画素マトリックスのピッチは、信号線の外径に適合する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブル折り畳み表示画面の製造方法。 - 前記表示領域の縁部に画素疎領域を設置し、画素疎領域内において、内側から外側に向かって、画素ユニット密度は徐々に小さくなり、隣接する画素ユニットのピッチは信号線の外径に適合するとともに徐々に大きくなる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブル折り畳み表示画面の製造方法。 - 表示領域に結合されたガラス基板を剥離する前記ステップは、レーザリフトオフ技術を使用する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブル折り畳み表示画面の製造方法。 - 硬化組立領域に対応するガラス基板上にタッチ入力領域を配置するステップを更に含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフレキシブル折り畳み表示画面の製造方法。 - フレキシブル折り畳み表示画面であって、フレキシブル画面本体(01)、ガラス基板(02)及び制御IC回路(03)を備え、フレキシブル画面本体(01)の端部には硬化組立領域(11)が画定され、硬化組立領域(11)以外のフレキシブル画面本体は表示領域とされ、硬化組立領域(11)の上部には制御IC回路(03)が配置され、硬化組立領域(11)の底部にはガラス基板(02)が配置される、
ことを特徴とするフレキシブル折り畳み表示画面。 - 前記表示領域の縁部には画素疎領域(12)が設置され、画素疎領域(12)内に配置された画素ユニット(19)の画素ユニット密度は、画素疎領域(12)外の画素ユニット(19)の画素ユニット密度より小さく、画素疎領域(12)内の隣接する画素ユニット(19)のピッチは、信号線の外径に適合する、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のフレキシブル折り畳み表示画面。 - 前記表示領域の縁部には画素疎領域(12)が設置され、画素疎領域内において、内側から外側に向かって、画素ユニット密度は徐々に小さくなり、隣接する画素ユニットのピッチは信号線の外径に適合するとともに徐々に大きくなり、
あるいは、画素疎領域(12)内では、隣接する幾つかの画素ユニット(19)により画素マトリックス(13)を構成し、画素マトリックス(13)は均一に配置され、隣接する画素マトリックスのピッチは信号線の外径に適合する、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のフレキシブル折り畳み表示画面。
