Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 歯科用セラミック化合物を焼成するための歯科用窯であって、
焼成されるセラミック素体(32)を受け入れるための焼成室(10)と、
前記セラミック素体(32)を加熱/焼成するための加熱装置とを含み、
前記加熱装置が、0.8〜5μmの範囲の赤外線放射を発生させるための少なくとも1つの高速応答加熱素子(20)を含むことを特徴とする、歯科用窯。 - 前記高速応答加熱素子(20)が前記赤外線を発生させるために設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の歯科用窯。
- 前記少なくとも1つの高速応答加熱素子(20)が前記焼成室に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の歯科用窯。
- 低温状態から放射ピークに達するまでの前記加熱素子の加熱が、10秒未満、好ましくは5秒未満で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の歯科用窯。
- 前記少なくとも1つの高速応答加熱素子、および好ましくは関連する室が、細長いかまたは湾曲した本体として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の歯科用窯。
- 前記焼成室内において、少なくとも1つの反射素子(36)が、前記少なくとも1つの高速応答加熱素子(20)によって放出された前記放射を前記セラミック素体(32)に向けるように配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の歯科用窯。
- 前記少なくとも1つの高速応答加熱素子(20)が、前記反射素子(36)によって部分的に囲まれていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の歯科用窯。
- 前記反射素子(36)が、断面で示されるように放物線状であることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の歯科用窯。
- 前記反射素子(36)が、好ましくは関連する加熱素子(20)の全加熱長にわたって延びる細長い、特に部分的に円筒状の本体として構成されることを特徴とする、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の歯科用窯。
- 前記少なくとも1つの反射素子(36)が、前記焼成室(10)を画定する室壁(12,14,16)の内面に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の歯科用窯。
- 前記焼成室(10)を画定する前記室壁(12,14,16)が断熱材を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の歯科用窯。
- 前記セラミック素体(32)を受け入れるために前記焼成室内に配置された受け要素(26)を特徴とし、前記受け要素(26)が追加の加熱素子として機能するように特に赤外線を吸収する放射線吸収材料を、前記受け要素(26)が含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の歯科用窯。
- 前記受け要素(26)が、特に前記受け要素(26)に対して間隔を置いて配置されている前記室壁(12)から断熱されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の歯科用窯。
- 温度測定装置(34)が焼成されるセラミック素体の付近の焼成室(10)内に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の歯科用窯。
