Abstract
Description
また、米加工産業由来の廃棄物を飼料製造に利用する方法が提案されているが、これは、単に、飼料に追加する方法に関するものである。
実施例1
1000キロの飼料を製造するため950キロの米の籾殻(必要に応じて米粉を加える)を、粉砕機によって0.2〜0.5ミリメートル大きさの粒子に粉砕する。出来あがった混合物を、蒸気ボイラーを使用し混合機で110〜120℃の温度、1〜2気圧の圧力で50〜60%の水分になるまで1.5〜2時間処理する。それからバイオ発酵マスTrichoderma lignorum19(ферментной биомассой)を50キロ追加する。必要に応じて、ブドウやリンゴの搾りかすや砂糖生産からの廃棄物を追加する。そして混ぜて、微生物的プロセス及びタンパク質の蓄積のため24〜48時間の間密封室に入れる。そして出来あがったバイオマスを13〜14.5%の水分になるまで乾燥させ、袋に分包する。
また、米加工産業由来の廃棄物を飼料製造に利用する方法が提案されているが、これは、単に、飼料に追加する方法に関するものである。

Claims (2)
- 植物由来の原料の粉砕及びバイオ発酵マスTrichoderma lignorum19(ферментной биомассой)を用いる処理を含んでなる、家畜用飼料の製造方法であって、
前記植物由来の原料として米の籾殻と米粉を使用し、前記原料を0.2〜0.5ミリメートルに粉砕し、さらに1.5〜2時間の間、1〜2気圧の圧力において50〜60%の水分量になるまで、110℃〜120℃の温度で水熱処理を行い、その後、前記植物由来原料に、加工する該原料の重量に対し5〜15%の割合で、バイオ発酵マスTrichoderma lignorum19(ферментной биомассой)を追加し、得られた混合物を微生物的な吸収やタンパク質の蓄積のために、密閉室に24〜48時間保持し、得られたバイオマスを13〜14.5%の水分になるまで乾燥することを特徴とする、家畜用飼料の製造方法。 - 前記植物由来の原料が、さらに、ブドウやリンゴの搾りかす、ならびに砂糖生産から得られた廃棄物を追加的に含む、請求項1に記載の家畜用飼料の製造方法。
