Abstract

Metodo de fabricacion de forraje, que incluye triturar el componente vegetativo y procesar mediante biofermentacion por el cultivo activo de Trichoderma lignorum que se diferencia por que se usan cascaras de arroz y salvado de descascarilladora como componente vegetativo, que se tritura para dar un polvo con un tamano de grano de 0,2-0,5 mm, entonces el procesamiento hidrotermico a la temperatura de 110-120°C hasta humidificacion, hasta el 50-60% a la presion de 1-2 atm en el plazo de 1,5-2 horas, luego se anade la masa biofermentada ("Trichodenna lignorum 19") en la cantidad del 5-15% del peso de la materia prima procesada, luego se suministra la mezcla a la tolva hermetica para el proceso microbiologico de saturacion y acumulacion de masa proteica en el plazo de 24-48 horas, y despues se seca la biomasa recibida a la temperatura de 50-60°C hasta que el contenido de humedad es del 13-14,5%.
