Description

从大米加工工业的二次资源中生产饲料的方法
发明属于农业领域,特别是属于从非饲料原料中即大米加工工业的剩余物中生产饲料的领域。
通过处理发酵生物物质(Trichoderma lignorum 19)的方式,生产植物来源饲料的方法已为人所知,这是乌兹别克斯坦苏维埃共和国科学院微生物研究所名下的704588号专利(《饲料生产方法》,1979年12月25日发表在第47号公报上)。已知方法的缺点是其使用的经济效益不高,对于大牲畜的营养性不足。
还有,将大米加工工业中的剩余物用于饲料的情况也已为人所知。但在这些方法中,利用它们的过程是以添加剂的形式进行。
大米是全球中最珍贵的食物之一。在稻粒作为剩余物加工的过程中,获得了大量的米皮,这些米皮由于存在二氧化硅而不会腐烂,因此,大部分的情况下被焚烧掉。需要广阔的土地来掩埋它。大米加工工业的剩余物回收是重要的技术任务。因此,由于大米中耕和再加工,回收米皮成为了包括乌兹别克斯坦在内的重要任务。
本发明的任务在于:扩大用于农业畜牧业即大牲畜(以下简称“大牲畜”)的饲料生产原料基地,并从大米加工工业的二次资源中获得富有营养的饲料,这些二次资源在以前并没有用作饲料,这些饲料可以作为符合要求的饲料使用,并在生产大牲畜配合饲料时采用新成分的方式使用。

成品可以作为大牲畜的饲料使用,一天的口粮可以达到30%,还可以在生产大牲畜的配合饲料中作为新成分使用,从该产品营养性的观点来看,这是最为适用和经济上最为适宜的。
本方法的优势在于:本发明可以对大米加工工业的二次资源进行回收,以及为农畜即大牲畜作为主要的饲料生产饲料,由于含有易消化的简朊,这种饲料富有营养。
该方法采用以下方式实施:
例1:
为了生产重量1000千克的饲料,在粉碎机内将重量为950千克的米皮(必要时添加米糠)粉碎,磨碎直到02-0.5毫米的粒度。利用蒸汽锅炉,获得的混合物采用水力热动力学在搅拌器中处理,在110-120℃的温度下,压力为1-2个大气压,在1.5-2个小时内,达到50-60%的湿度。随后在植物成分中添加50千克的生物发酵物质(Trichoderma lignorum 19)。必要时添加葡萄渣和苹果渣,以及制糖的剩余物。随后混合搅拌,并装入封闭的料斗中,在堆放过程中,在24-48个小时通过蛋白质物质浸湿和聚集的微生物过程。随后,获取的生物物质在50-60℃的干燥剂温度下干燥,达到湿度13-14.5%,定量包装成袋。
使用发明的公共效益在于回收大米加工工业的二次资源,并为农畜生产饲料,也就是说,在更多和更合理的利用重要的、可再生的植物产品——米皮中,由此产生了积极的后果。

Claims (2)

1.生产饲料的方法,包括粉碎植物成分,对活性农作物进行生物发酵处理Trichodermalignorum,其特征在于:利用粉碎到0.2-0.5毫米的米皮和面粉作为主要植物成分,随后在110-120℃的温度下对它们进行水力热动力学处理,在压力为1-2个大气压下,在1.5-2个小时内,达到50-60%的湿度,随后在植物成分中添加生物发酵物质(Trichodermalignorum19),发酵物质的数量为加工原料质量的5-15%,随后把混合物装入封闭的料斗中,以便产生24-48个小时浸湿和聚集蛋白质物质的微生物过程,随后,获取的生物物质在50-60℃的温度下干燥,达到湿度13-14.5%。
