Abstract

Способ получения кормов из отходов рисообрабатывающей промышленности включает измельчение растительного средства и биоферментную обработку активной культурой Trichoderma lignorum. В качестве основного растительного средства используют рисовую лузгу и мучку, которую измельчают до 0,2-0,5 мм. Проводят гидротермическую обработку рисовой лузги и мучки при температуре 110-120°С до увлажнения до 50-60% при давлении в 1-2 атм. в течение 1,5-2 ч. В растительное средство добавляют биоферментную массу («Trichoderma lignorum 19») в количестве 5-15% от массы перерабатываемого сырья. Смесь направляют в герметичный бункер для осуществления микробиологического процесса напитывания и накопления белковой массы на 24- 48 часов. Полученную биомассу сушат при температуре 50-60°С до 13-14,5% влажности с получением готового продукта.
