Abstract
Description
本出願の一態様は、下記構造式1または構造式2で表される化合物からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を含むリチウムイオン電池の非水電解液を開示する。
LiCoaL(1−a)O2、0<a≦1
上記の技術的解決手段の採用により、本出願の有益な効果は以下のとおりである。
<実施例>
300サイクル目の容量維持率(%)=(300サイクル目の放電容量/1サイクル目の放電容量)×100%
−20℃の低温放電効率(%)=0.2C放電容量(−20℃)/0.2C放電容量(25℃)
電池容量維持率(%)=維持容量/初期容量×100%
電池容量回復率(%)=回復容量/初期容量×100%
電池厚み膨張率(%)=(28日後の厚み−初期厚み) /初期厚み×100%。
各測定結果を表2に示す。
Claims (10)
- 下記構造式1または構造式2で表される化合物からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種を含むことを特徴とするリチウムイオン電池の非水電解液。
(式中、R1およびR2はそれぞれ独立して炭素原子数2〜5のアルケニル基、炭素原子数2〜5のアルキニル基から選択される。)
(式中、R3は炭素原子数2〜5のアルケニル基、炭素原子数2〜5のアルキニル基から選択される。) - 前記炭素原子数2〜5のアルケニル基は、ビニル基、アリル基、3−ブテニル基、イソブテニル基、4−ペンテニル基を含み、前記炭素原子数2〜5のアルキニル基は、エチニル基、プロパルギル基、3−ブチニル基、1−メチル−2プロピニル基を含む請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン電池の非水電解液。
- 前記構造式1で表される化合物はヘキサフルオロイソプロピルジ(プロパルギル)ホスフェートまたはヘキサフルオロイソプロピルジ(アリル)ホスフェートであり、前記構造式2で表される化合物はジ(ヘキサフルオロイソプロピル)プロパルギルホスフェートまたはジ(ヘキサフルオロイソプロピル)アリルホスフェートである請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン電池の非水電解液。
- 前記非水電解液において、構造式1または構造式2で表される化合物の含有量は非水電解液の全重量に対して0.1%−5%である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のリチウムイオン電池の非水電解液。
- 前記電解液はさらに、環状カーボネート、環状スルトンおよび環状硫酸エステルのうちの1種以上を含む請求項1に記載のリチウムイオン電池の非水電解液。
- 前記環状カーボネートは、ビニレンカーボネート、ビニルエチレンカーボネートおよびフルオロエチレンカーボネートからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である請求項5に記載のリチウムイオン電池の非水電解液。
- 前記環状スルトンは、1,3−プロパンスルトン、1,4−ブタンスルトンおよび1,3−プロペンスルトンからなる群より選択される1種以上である請求項5に記載のリチウムイオン電池の非水電解液。
- 前記リチウムイオン電池の非水電解液は、エチレンカーボネート、プロピレンカーボネート、ブチレンカーボネート、ジメチルカーボネート、ジエチルカーボネート、エチルメチルカーボネートおよびメチルプロピルカーボネートからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の非水有機溶媒を含み、好ましくは、非水有機溶媒はエチレンカーボネート、ジエチルカーボネートおよびエチルメチルカーボネートを含む組成物である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のリチウムイオン電池の非水電解液。
- 正極と、負極と、正極と負極との間に介在するセパレータと、電解液とを含むリチウムイオン電池であって、前記電解液が、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のリチウムイオン電池の非水電解液であることを特徴とするリチウムイオン電池。
- 前記正極の活物質は、LiNixCoyMnzL(1−x−y−z)O2のうちの少なくとも1種であり、ただし、LはAl、Sr、Mg、Ti、Ca、Zr、Zn、SiまたはFeであり、0≦x≦1、0≦y≦1、0≦z≦1、0<x+y+z≦1である請求項9に記載のリチウムイオン電池。
