Abstract
Description
−スリーブ部分を有し、円筒形の外側表面を有するブランクを、非切削の変形加工によって、特に深絞り加工によって、金属薄板から製造するステップであって、円筒形の外側表面の寸法は、加工後のねじスピンドルの外寸に対応する、ステップと、
−スリーブ部分の円筒形の外側表面を変化させずに維持しながら、非切削の変形加工によって、特にねじ転造によって、ねじスピンドルと協働するように設けられるねじ条をブランクに成形する、ステップと、
で製造可能である。

Claims (10)
- 金属の変形加工部品として形成されているスピンドルナット(2)であって、前記スピンドルナット(2)のスリーブ部分(6)が、前記スリーブ部分(6)の内側にねじ条(9)を有し、前記スリーブ部分(6)の外側に円筒形の外側表面を有する、スピンドルナット(2)。
- 前記ねじ条(9)は、前記スリーブ部分(6)の平均肉厚(W)の最小で20%に相当し、最大で50%に相当する深さ(T)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスピンドルナット(2)。
- 前記スリーブ部分(6)は、前記スリーブ部分の半径(r)の4分の1未満である平均肉厚(W)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のスピンドルナット(2)。
- 前記スリーブ部分(6)の端面に、径方向外向きのフランジ(8)および/または径方向内向きの端縁(7)が一体成形されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のスピンドルナット(2)。
- スピンドルナット(2)を製造する方法であって、
スリーブ部分(6)を有し、円筒形の外側表面を有するブランクを、深絞り加工によって金属薄板から製造するステップと、
前記スリーブ部分(6)の前記円筒形の外側表面を維持しながら、非切削の変形加工によって、ねじスピンドルと協働するように設けられるねじ条(9)を前記ブランクに成形するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記ねじ条(9)を、ねじ転造によって成形することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記ねじ条(9)の前記成形の前に、前記ブランクの一端面に、径方向外向きのフランジ(8)を一体成形し、逆側の端面に、径方向内向きの端縁(7)を一体成形し、前記フランジ(8)の肉厚および前記端縁(7)の肉厚は、前記スリーブ部分(6)の平均肉厚(W)から15%を超えてずれていないことを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 請求項1に記載のスピンドルナット(2)、および前記スピンドルナット(2)と協働するねじスピンドル(3)を含むねじ伝動装置(1)。
- 非循環型のボールねじ伝動装置として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のねじ伝動装置(1)。
- 個別変向部または外部変向部を有するボールねじ伝動装置として構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のねじ伝動装置(1)。
