Abstract
ラジアル荷重やモーメント荷重が負荷される使用条件下において、耐久性の向上を図ったボールねじを提供する。
【解決手段】
循環式のボールねじにおいて、ねじ溝とボールとの接触角αが20〜40°、かつ、ボール径がリードLの75〜110%の範囲にそれぞれ設定されていると共に、ねじ溝の溝深さHが、ボール径の35%以下に設定されている。これにより、ボールねじに純スラスト荷重以外にラジアル荷重やモーメント荷重の複合荷重が負荷される自動車用アクチュエータの駆動部において、ボールねじ内におけるボールの負荷分布が均一化されると共に、各負荷ボールの接触面圧の低減によってボールねじの耐久性が向上する。

Description
図1(a)は、本発明に係るボールねじを示す正面図、図1(b)は縦断面図である。
このボールねじ1は、外周に螺旋状のねじ溝2aが形成されたねじ軸2と、このねじ軸2に外挿され、内周にねじ溝2aに対応する螺旋状のボールねじ溝3aが形成されたナット3と、両ねじ溝2a、3a間に転動自在に収容された多数のボール4と、円筒状のナット3の胴部に装着され、ねじ溝3aを連結する連結溝5aが形成された駒部材5とを備えている。そして、ねじ溝2a、3aによりボール転動路が構成され、駒部材5の連結溝5aによって多数のボール4が無限循環することができる。

Claims (4)
- 外周面に螺旋状のねじ溝が形成されたねじ軸と、
このねじ軸に外嵌され、内周面に前記ねじ溝に対応する螺旋状のねじ溝が形成されたナットと、
対向する両ねじ溝で構成された転動路に転動自在に収容された複数のボールと、
内周に連結溝が形成され、前記ナットのねじ溝を連結する駒部材とを備えたボールねじにおいて、
前記ねじ溝とボールとの接触角が20〜40°の範囲に設定されていることを特徴とするボールねじ。 - 前記ボールの外径がリードの75〜110%の範囲に設定されている請求項1に記載のボールねじ。
- 前記ねじ溝の溝深さが前記ボールの外径の35%以下に設定されている請求項1または2に記載のボールねじ。
- 前記ボールねじが自動車用アクチュエータの駆動部に使用される請求項1乃至3いずれかに記載のボールねじ。
