Description
-スリーブ部分を有し、円筒形の外側表面を有するブランクを、非切削の変形加工によって、特に深絞り加工によって、金属薄板から製造するステップであって、円筒形の外側表面の寸法は、加工後のねじスピンドルの外寸に対応する、ステップと、
-スリーブ部分の円筒形の外側表面を変化させずに維持しながら、非切削の変形加工によって、特にねじ転造によって、ねじスピンドルと協働するように設けられるねじ条をブランクに成形する、ステップと、
で製造可能である。

Claims (4)
- 金属の変形加工部品としてのスピンドルナット(2)を製造する方法であって、
金属薄板から非切削の変形加工によって形成される、円筒形の外側表面を有するブランクであって、円筒形の外側表面を有するスリーブ部分(6)と、前記スリーブ部分(6)の一端面に一体成形された径方向外向きのフランジ(8)と、前記スリーブ部分(6)の反対側の端面に一体成形された径方向内向きの端縁(7)とを有するブランクを製造するステップと、
薄板状の前記スリーブ部分(6)の円筒形の外壁を全面にわたってダイス(10)の内壁に当て付けることによって前記ブランクの外側輪郭をダイスによって保持し、前記スリーブ部分(6)の前記円筒形の外側表面を維持しながら、非切削の変形加工によって、ねじスピンドルと協働するように設けられるねじ条(9)を前記ブランクの前記スリーブ部分(6)の内面に成形するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記スリーブ部分(6)を、深絞り加工または押出し加工によって成形することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ねじ条(9)を、ねじ転造によって成形することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記ねじ条(9)の前記成形の前に、前記フランジ(8)および前記端縁(7)をそれぞれ一体成形し、前記フランジ(8)の肉厚および前記端縁(7)の肉厚は、前記スリーブ部分(6)の平均肉厚(W)から15%を超えてずれていないことを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
