Description
Claims (12)
- 流体が移送される流入管および排出管との間に設置されるバルブ組立体において、
前記流入管と連結されて流体が流入する流入部と、前記流入部を介して内部に供給された流体が滞留する空間部と、前記排出管と連結されて前記空間部の流体を外部に排出する排出部が形成されたバルブボディーと、
前記バルブボディーの内側面に密着した状態で移動して流体の経路を開放したり、または遮断する開閉手段と、を含むが、
前記バルブボディーは、スチール(Steel)またはステンレススチール(Stainless Steel)材質の管で形成されたバルブ組立体。 - 前記バルブボディーは
前記開閉手段が設置された出入部が形成された請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体。 - 前記バルブボディーは
一側に前記流入部が形成され、他側に前記出入部が形成され、
前記流入部と前記出入部との間に前記空間部が形成されるが、
前記流入部、空間部、出入部は、一直線上に配置された請求項2に記載のバルブ組立体。 - 前記開閉手段は、
前記出入部に設置された遮蔽部材を貫通したステムと、
前記ステムに設置され、外周面が前記流入部または前記空間部の内周面に密着した状態で前記ステムの長さ方向に沿ってスライド移動するディスクと、
を含む請求項2に記載のバルブ組立体。 - 前記ディスクの移動区間で前記流入部および/または空間部の直径は、同じである請求項4に記載のバルブ組立体。
- 前記流入管、バルブボディー、排出管のうち、少なくともいずれか1つは、長さ材の鋼管(Steel Pipe)またはステンレス鋼管(Stainless Steel Pipe)を切って形成された請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体。
- 前記流入管、バルブボディー、排出管のうち、少なくともいずれか1つは、鋼板(Steel Plate)またはステンレス鋼板(Stainless Steel Plate)を円筒状に巻き、その継目部を溶接して形成された請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体。
- 前記バルブボディーの流入部および排出部が形成された各端部と、前記流入管および排出管の一側端部には、周りに沿って内側に凹に凹入された溝部が形成され、前記バルブボディーと流入管および排出管は、ボルトで締結されるジョイントリングで連結された請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体。
- 前記バルブボディーの流入部および排出部が形成された各端部と、前記流入管および排出管の一側端部には、周りに沿って外側に突出した突起部が形成され、前記バルブボディーと流入管および排出管は、ボルトで締結されるジョイントリングで連結された請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体。
- 前記バルブボディーと流入管および排出管に形成された溝部または突起部との間には、シーリングのためのガスケットが形成された請求項8または請求項9に記載のバルブ組立体。
- 前記バルブボディーの流入部および排出部が形成された各端部と、前記流入管および排出管は、溶接で連結された請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体。
- 前記バルブボディーの流入部および排出部が形成された各端部と、前記流入管および排出管には、フランジが形成され、前記バルブボディーと前記流入管および排出管は、フランジをボルト締結して連結された請求項1に記載のバルブ組立体。
