Abstract
Description
集熱サンドイッチパネル3の平面において、2つのダクト列(好ましくは空気ダクト列1、4)は垂木の方向に平行して走るように配置されている。建物に関して、外側熱気ダクト列1は、太陽光および周辺熱を吸収できる既知の構造材料からなる外面を有する外部プロファイル金属シート2で覆われている。該金属シートは、好ましくは波形金属シート、さらに好ましくは台形プロファイル金属シートまたはアルミニウムの発泡形状である。2つのダクト列1、4の間には断熱材5が配置されている。また、屋根に関して、集熱サンドイッチパネル3の内側には断熱材5が設けられている(図3、4および5)。集熱サンドイッチパネル3の各端部には、空気反転室7、8が設けられている(図6および7)。
建物の屋根構造に関して外側にある外側熱気ダクト1の一方の側は、外部プロファイル金属シート2を介して、太陽光および周辺熱を吸収する。冷気ダクト列4は、集熱サンドイッチパネル3の内側に位置し、断熱材5のさらなる層により建物の内部から分離される。該ダクト1、4は、好ましくは、屋根の平面の底部から棟まで、垂木の方向にパネルを貫く空気ダクトである。
熱気ダクト1内の媒体が、外部制限プロファイル金属シート2(好ましくはリブ付き金属シート)の温度を奪う。熱のため、該媒体は膨張し密度が減少する。冷気ダクト4内のより重い媒体が、下部空気室7を通って高温媒体に取って代わろうとし、当該高温媒体をパネルの上部空気室8まで押し上げる。

屋根パネル3の平面において、2つのダクト列(好ましくは熱気ダクト1の列および冷気ダクト4の列)は垂木の方向に平行して走るように配置されている。熱気ダクト1の列の外側は、太陽光および周辺熱を吸収できる既知の構造材料からなる外面を有する外部プロファイル金属シート2で覆われている。該金属シートは、好ましくは波形金属シート、さらに好ましくは台形プロファイル金属シートまたはアルミニウムの発泡形状である。熱気ダクト1の列および冷気ダクト4の列の間に、且つ、屋根パネル3の内側に、断熱材5が配置されている(図3、4および5)。断熱材5は、1つの断熱材料(図4)、または、互いに連結されて、サンドイッチのような構造を形成する別々の断熱材料(図3および5)からなることができる。屋根パネル3の下端部および上端部において、空気反転室7、8がそれぞれ設けられている(図6および7)。空気反転室7、8はそれぞれ棟および母屋桁に位置し、複数の熱気ダクト1と複数の冷気ダクト4を一体的に連結させる。下部空気反転室7も上部空気反転室8も、それぞれ棟および母屋桁に沿って伸びるからである。
熱気ダクト1の外側は、外部プロファイル金属シート2を介して、太陽光および周辺熱を吸収する。冷気ダクト4の列は、屋根パネル3の内側に位置し、断熱材5により建物の内部から分離される。該熱気ダクト1および冷気ダクト4は、好ましくは、屋根の平面の底部から棟まで、垂木の方向に屋根パネル3を貫く。
熱気ダクト1内の媒体が、外部制限プロファイル金属シート2(好ましくはリブ付き金属シート)の温度を奪う。熱のため、該媒体は膨張し密度が減少する。冷気ダクト4内のより重い媒体が、下部空気反転室7を通って高温媒体に取って代わろうとし、当該高温媒体を屋根パネル3の上部空気反転室8まで押し上げる。

Claims (11)
- 集熱器としての、建物の屋根構造用のサンドイッチパネル設備であって、
集熱サンドイッチパネル(3)の平面内に、2つのダクト列(好ましくは空気ダクト列(1、4))が垂木の方向に平行に走るように配置され、
建物に関して、前記外側熱気ダクト列(1)は、太陽光および周辺熱を吸収できる既知の構造材料からなる外面を有する金属シート(2)で覆われ、
分離断熱材(5)が、前記ダクト列(1、4)の各平面の間に配置され、
さらなる断熱材(5)が、屋根に関して、前記集熱サンドイッチパネル(3)の内側に配置され、
反転室(7、8)(好ましくは空気反転室)が、前記集熱サンドイッチパネル(3)の各端部に形成され、
前記集熱サンドイッチパネル(3)の前記上部空気反転室(8)内に、熱を排出するために冷却用媒体を流す冷却装置(6)が配置されていることを特徴とする、設備。 - 前記集熱サンドイッチパネル(3)内の前記室は、下部空気反転室(7)および上部空気反転室(8)であり、
すべての前記熱気ダクト(1)および前記冷気ダクト(4)は、通例、すべての前記下部空気反転室(7)および前記上部空気反転室(8)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の設備。 - 前記屋根の内側に面する、前記集熱サンドイッチパネル(3)の前記断熱材(5)は、既知の断熱材、複合材料および/または組積材料であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の設備。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の集熱サンドイッチパネル屋根構造を使用する方法であって、輻射太陽光エネルギーおよび/または周辺熱エネルギーを利用する目的を果たすことを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記集熱サンドイッチパネル(3)を用いて水または他の既知の蓄熱物質を加熱することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記集熱サンドイッチパネル(3)の前記ダクト(1、4)内の熱を転送するために気体状媒体が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の方法。
- 前記気体状媒体は大気圧の空気であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 90度未満の異なる傾斜を有する屋根平面において、前記集熱サンドイッチパネル(3)を使用することを特徴とする、請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記建物の内部に面する、前記集熱サンドイッチパネル(3)の前記断熱材(5)は、既知の断熱材および/または空間区画材料であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記建物の屋根構造として、および/または、当該屋根構造自体の不可欠な部分として、前記集熱サンドイッチパネル(3)を使用することを特徴とする、請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記集熱サンドイッチパネル(3)は、前記屋根の内部に、長手方向に、垂木または母屋桁に平行であるように設置され、
前記熱気ダクト(1)および前記冷気ダクト(4)は、常に垂木に平行であることを特徴とする、請求項4〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
