Description
屋根パネル3の平面において、2つのダクト列(好ましくは熱気ダクト1の列および冷気ダクト4の列)は垂木の方向に平行して走るように配置されている。熱気ダクト1の列の外側は、太陽光および周辺熱を吸収できる既知の構造材料からなる外面を有する外部プロファイル金属シート2で覆われている。該金属シートは、好ましくは波形金属シート、さらに好ましくは台形プロファイル金属シートまたはアルミニウムの発泡形状である。熱気ダクト1の列および冷気ダクト4の列の間に、且つ、屋根パネル3の内側に、断熱材5が配置されている(図3、4および5)。断熱材5は、1つの断熱材料(図4)、または、互いに連結されて、サンドイッチのような構造を形成する別々の断熱材料(図3および5)からなることができる。屋根パネル3の下端部および上端部において、空気反転室7、8がそれぞれ設けられている(図6および7)。空気反転室7、8はそれぞれ棟および母屋桁に位置し、複数の熱気ダクト1と複数の冷気ダクト4を一体的に連結させる。下部空気反転室7も上部空気反転室8も、それぞれ棟および母屋桁に沿って伸びるからである。
熱気ダクト1の外側は、外部プロファイル金属シート2を介して、太陽光および周辺熱を吸収する。冷気ダクト4の列は、屋根パネル3の内側に位置し、断熱材5により建物の内部から分離される。該熱気ダクト1および冷気ダクト4は、好ましくは、屋根の平面の底部から棟まで、垂木の方向に屋根パネル3を貫く。
熱気ダクト1内の媒体が、外部制限プロファイル金属シート2(好ましくはリブ付き金属シート)の温度を奪う。熱のため、該媒体は膨張し密度が減少する。冷気ダクト4内のより重い媒体が、下部空気反転室7を通って高温媒体に取って代わろうとし、当該高温媒体を屋根パネル3の上部空気反転室8まで押し上げる。

Claims (11)
- 輻射太陽光エネルギーおよび周辺熱を利用する、建物の屋根構造用の屋根パネル設備であって、当該設備は屋根パネル(3)を含み、
当該屋根パネル(3)は、
断熱材(5)と、気体状媒体で満たされた、少なくとも1つの熱気ダクト(1)および少なくとも1つの冷気ダクト(4)と、前記屋根パネル(3)の下端部および上端部に形成されている下部空気反転室(7)および上部空気反転室(8)と、を含み、
当該設備は、前記上部空気反転室(8)に設けられており、熱を排出するために冷却媒体を流す冷却装置(6)をさらに含み、
前記熱気ダクト(1)および前記冷気ダクト(4)が、前記屋根パネル(3)の平面内に設けられており、垂木の方向へ配置されており、
前記熱気ダクト(1)は、太陽光および周辺熱を吸収できる外表面を有する外部金属シート(2)に覆われているとともに、前記外部金属シート(2)の内側表面に露出された上部を含み、
前記外部金属シート(2)は、前記外部金属シート(2)の内側表面を外部と分離するように、前記屋根パネル(3)の上部に配置されて前記屋根パネル(3)を覆い、
前記冷気ダクト(4)は前記断熱材(5)の内側に形成されており、
前記下部空気反転室(7)および前記上部空気反転室(8)は、すべての前記熱気ダクト(1)およびすべての前記冷気ダクト(4)に接続されていることを特徴とする、設備。 - 前記下部空気反転室(7)および前記上部空気反転室(8)の端部に換気窓が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の設備。
- 前記下部空気反転室(7)は凝縮排水孔(9)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の設備。
- 前記断熱材(5)は複数の要素からなり、
前記冷気ダクト(4)は前記要素の間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の設備。 - 前記断熱材(5)は、既知の断熱材、複合材料および/または組積材料であることを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の設備。
- 請求項1に記載の設備を使用する方法であって、
太陽光エネルギーおよび/または周辺熱により、前記外部金属シート(2)を加熱し、それによって前記熱気ダクト(1)の内の前記気体状媒体を加熱するステップと、
加熱された前記気体状媒体を前記上部空気反転室(8)へ運ぶステップと、
前記冷却装置(6)により、前記気体状媒体を冷却し、それによって、前記冷却装置(6)内を流れる冷却媒体を加熱するステップと、
冷却された前記気体状媒体を、前記冷気ダクト(4)を介して前記下部空気反転室(7)へ運ぶステップと、
そのあとに、前記気体状媒体を前記上部空気反転室(8)に向かって前記熱気ダクト(1)へガイドし、それによって、前記気体状媒体の自己循環を行うステップと、を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記冷却装置(6)内の前記加熱された流れる冷却媒体を用いて、水タンクを加熱したり、熱を貯蔵したり、家庭に温水を供給したり、建物を暖めたり、または、電気エネルギーを発生させたりするステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記屋根パネル(3)を、前記屋根の内部に、長手方向に、垂木または母屋桁に平行であるように設置するステップをさらに含み、
このステップにおいては、前記下部空気反転室(7)から前記上部空気反転室(8)へ向かっている前記熱気ダクト(1)および前記冷気ダクト(4)を、前記垂木に平行にしていることを特徴とする、請求項6または7に記載の方法。 - 90度未満の異なる傾斜を有する屋根平面において、前記屋根パネル(3)を使用することを特徴とする、請求項6~8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記建物の屋根構造として、および/または、当該屋根構造自体の不可欠な部分として、前記屋根パネル(3)を使用することを特徴とする、請求項6~9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記気体状媒体を用いて、前記熱気ダクト(1)および前記冷気ダクト(4)の中で熱を運ぶステップをさらに含み、
前記気体状媒体は大気圧の空気であることを特徴とする、請求項6~10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
