Abstract
Description

Claims (27)
- 吸入器付属機器であって、
吸入器上に取り付けるまたは吸入器に接続するように構成される本体と、
マイクロプロセッサと、
少なくとも2つのセンサである、前記吸入器の区域または部分で暗号化またはコード化された情報を検出するための第1のセンサ、および、使用時、吸入器から生成される信号を検出するための第2のセンサと
を備え、
前記第1および第2のセンサが、それぞれ前記マイクロプロセッサで処理されて、カスタマイズされたマイクロプロセッサ出力になる少なくとも1つの信号を生成し、前記マイクロプロセッサ出力が、使用者の吸入操作終了後に、合格または不合格表示を生成する、吸入器付属機器。 - 前記第1のセンサおよび前記第2のセンサがデジタルセンサであり、それらの出力がデジタル形式である、請求項1に記載の吸入器付属機器。

- 前記第2のセンサが、前記吸入器で測定される圧力降下を検出する差圧センサと、前記圧力降下を識別する前に、必要に応じて、大気条件についての調整をするために前記差圧センサとともに使用される絶対圧センサとを備える、請求項1に記載の吸入器付属機器。
- 前記第1のセンサが、前記吸入器に装填される吸入器カートリッジまたは他の薬物パッケージの色を検知するための色検出センサと、前記吸入器に装填されるカートリッジまたは他の薬物パッケージのRFIDタグを読み取るためのRFID読取装置と、前記吸入器または前記吸入器カートリッジまたは他の薬物パッケージに設けられる特性、コード、または文字情報を識別することが可能な画像検出センサとのうちの1つまたは複数である、請求項1に記載の吸入器付属機器。
- 前記少なくとも2つのセンサから受信されるデータが遠隔処理システムに伝送される無線送受信機をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の吸入器付属機器。
- 電子基板をさらに備え、前記マイクロプロセッサ、センサ、および無線送受信機が、前記電子基板に接続される、および/または、前記電子基板上に配設される、請求項14に記載の吸入器付属機器。

前記吸入器の区域または部分で暗号化またはコード化された情報を検出するための第1のセンサと、
使用時、吸入器から生成される信号を検出するための第2のセンサと
を備え、
前記第1および第2のセンサが、それぞれ前記マイクロプロセッサで処理されて、カスタマイズされたマイクロプロセッサ出力になる少なくとも1つの信号を生成し、前記マイクロプロセッサ出力が、使用者の吸入操作終了後に、合格または不合格表示を生成する、乾燥粉末吸入監視検出システム。 - 表示部と、無線送受信機と、検出された前記第1のセンサ情報に対応する閾値と、前記第2のセンサ信号に対応する使用者吸入データとを示すことを含むグラフィカルな性質で、前記表示部に前記合格または不合格表示を報告するように構成されるマイクロプロセッサとを含む、遠隔処理システムをさらに備える、請求項19に記載の乾燥粉末吸入監視検出システム。
- 前記吸入器上に取り付けるまたは前記吸入器への接続のための、前記マイクロプロセッサと無線送受信機とセンサとが配設される本体を備える取り外し可能な吸入器付属機器をさらに含む、請求項19に記載の乾燥粉末吸入監視検出システム。
- 吸入器の使用者訓練のために価値のある正確なデータを監視および検出する方法であって、
前記薬物を前記吸入器に装填する指示を表示することと、
薬物に関する薬物データ、または吸入器情報、および対応する閾値への関連データを読み取ることと、
吸入操作を開始する指示を表示することと、
使用者による吸入中に圧力差データを識別することと、
前記閾値に適合するまたは超えること、あるいは、前記閾値の達成に失敗することに関して、前記使用者が前記吸入操作に合格か不合格かを判定することと
を含む、方法。 - 使用者が前記吸入操作に合格したか失敗したかの表示を伝送および表示するステップをさらに含む、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記伝送および表示するステップが、スマートフォン、タブレット、コンピュータ、または他の無線通信可能な装置などの処理システム上に表示することを含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 前記伝送および表示するステップが、前記薬物データおよび前記圧力差データを、無線伝送を介して前記処理システムに伝送することと、前記システム上に、前記薬物データに対応する閾値とともに圧力対時間曲線を表示することとを含む、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記無線通信が、Bluetooth(登録商標)、Zigbee(登録商標)、WiFi、SmartWave、またはZ−Waveを備える、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの活性成分が、インスリンまたはインスリンの類似体を備える、請求項11に記載の吸入器付属機器。
