Abstract
Description

Claims (14)
- 第1のシャフトと、
前記第1のシャフトと駆動可能に接続された第1の等速ジョイントと、
第2のシャフトと、
前記第2のシャフトと駆動可能に接続された第2の等速ジョイントと、
前記第1の等速ジョイントと前記第2の等速ジョイントとに駆動可能に接続された接続シャフトと、
前記第2の等速ジョイントの軸方向の端部の周りに配置された第1のグリースカバーと、を備え、
前記第1の等速ジョイントおよび前記第2の等速ジョイントは、
軸方向の少なくとも一側における開口部および一組の内側向きのボールグルーブを有する外輪と、
前記外輪の内部に配置された、一組の外側向きのボールグルーブを有する内輪と、
前記外輪と前記内輪との間でトルクを伝達するための、前記外輪のボールグルーブと前記内輪のボールグルーブ内で回転可能な複数のボールと、
前記外輪の周りに配置されたブーツと、
前記外輪と前記内輪との間に配置されたケージであって、前記ケージは前記ケージ内に前記複数のボールを収容するように構成された、前記ケージに形成された複数の窓を有する、ケージと、を含み
前記複数の窓は側壁を有し、前記複数の窓の直径は前記複数のボールの直径より大きく、
前記複数の窓の長さは、前記複数のボールの前記直径より長い、プロペラシャフト。 - 前記第2の等速ジョイントには、ばねとばね受けとを含むばね機構が設けられており、前記ばね受けは、前記ばね機構の一方の軸方向端部に配置され、且つ、前記第2のシャフトの部分的に出っ張った球状部と嵌合する部分的にへこんだ球状部を有し、前記ばね機構の他方の軸方向端部は、前記第1のグリースカバーの端部に形成されたばね受けと嵌合する、請求項1に記載のプロペラシャフト。
- 前記第1の等速ジョイントの軸方向の端部の周りに配置された第2のグリースカバーを更に備え、前記第1の等速ジョイントには、ばねとばね受けとを含むばね機構が設けられており、前記ばね受けは、前記ばね機構の一方の軸方向端部に配置され、且つ、前記第1のシャフトの部分的に出っ張った球状部と嵌合する部分的にへこんだ球状部を有し、前記ばね機構の他方の軸方向端部は、前記第2のグリースカバーの端部に形成されたばね受けと嵌合する、請求項2に記載のプロペラシャフト。
- 前記第1の等速ジョイントおよび前記第2の等速ジョイントは、更に、前記複数のボールと前記複数の窓の側壁との間に間隙を有する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のプロペラシャフト。
- 前記第2の等速ジョイントは、更に、前記ばねと前記第1のグリースカバーとの間に配置された、および、前記第1のグリースカバーに取り付けられたスペーサを有する、請求項2に記載のプロペラシャフト。
- 前記第1のグリースカバーは縮径部を有し、前記スペーサは前記第1のグリースカバーに前記縮径部において取り付けられる、請求項5に記載のプロペラシャフト。
- 前記ばねは、軸方向の端部および縮径部を有し、前記縮径部の外径は、前記軸方向の端部の外径より小さい、請求項5に記載のプロペラシャフト。
- ブーツカンを更に備え、前記ブーツは、
第1の取付部と、
第2の取付部と、
前記第1の取付部に軸方向に隣接する、徐々に小さくなる直径を有する複数の山および谷を含む第1の組の屈曲部と、
前記第1の組の屈曲部および前記第2の取付部に軸方向に隣接する、複数の山および谷を有する第2の組の屈曲部と、を含み、
前記第1の取付部は、前記接続シャフトに接続され、
前記第2の取付部は、前記ブーツカンに接続される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のプロペラシャフト。 - 前記第2の組の屈曲部は、複数のグループの屈曲部を有し、各グループの屈曲部は、第1の谷、第1の山、第2の谷および第2の山を含み、前記第1の山の外径は、前記第2の山の前記外径より小さく、および、前記第2の山の前記外径は、前記第1の組の屈曲部の最小外径に等しいまたはそれより小さい、請求項8に記載のプロペラシャフト。
- 前記第2の組の屈曲部は、4つのグループの屈曲部を含む、請求項9に記載のプロペラシャフト。
- 前記ブーツカンは、前記第1の取付部の下方を軸方向に延びる、丸みを帯びたエッジ部を含む、請求項8に記載のプロペラシャフト。
- 前記ブーツカンは、前記第1の組の屈曲部の前記第1の谷の下方を部分的に延びる、請求項9に記載のプロペラシャフト。
- 前記第2の組の屈曲部の前記第1の谷および前記第2の谷の外径は、前記第1の組の屈曲部の前記谷の最小外径に等しいまたはそれより小さい、請求項9に記載のプロペラシャフト。
- 前記第1の等速ジョイントの軸方向の端部の周りに配置された第2のグリースカバーを更に備え、前記第1のグリースカバーおよび前記第2のグリースカバーは、前記接続シャフトに軸方向の反対側端部において接続されている、請求項1に記載のプロペラシャフト。
