Mは、m価の金属であって、ホウ素、ベリリウム、マグネシウム、クロム、鉄、ニッケル、銅、亜鉛、または白金であり、
Ar1〜Ar5は、互いに同一または異なり、それぞれ独立に、水素;アルキル基;ハロアルキル基;アルキルアリール基;アミン基;アルコキシ基で置換もしくは非置換のアリールアルケニル基;またはヒドロキシ基、アルキル基、またはアルコキシ基で置換もしくは非置換のアリール基である。
下記構造の緑色蛍光体をDMF中のポリスチレン溶液に溶かして高分子溶液を製造した。この時、ポリスチレン100重量部対比、1重量部の蛍光体を用いた。前記溶液中の固形分含有量は20重量%であり、粘度は200cpsであった。この溶液をPET基材にコーティングした後、乾燥して第1色変換層(緑色色変換層)をフィルム形態で製造した。
前記実施例における変色補償層を適用しないことを除けば、実施例と同様に製造した。
高温での耐久評価時、変色補償層を適用しない比較例の場合、有機蛍光体の劣化などによって緑色および赤色光が減少し、青色光が増加するにつれ、初期対比色差が持続的に広がることが分かる(比較例、図12、下記表1)。本明細書において、色差は、特定時間(t)における色差を意味し、式[sqrt((Wx(t)−Wx(初期))2+(Wy(t)−Wy(初期))2)]を意味する。
Claims (9)
- 樹脂マトリックスと、前記樹脂マトリックス中に分散し、450nmの波長を含む光を照射した時、照射された光と異なる波長の光を放出する有機蛍光体とを含む色変換層を含む色変換フィルムであって、
前記色変換フィルムは、前記色変換フィルムの全面に輝度600nitの青色光を60℃で1,000時間照射した時、発光する白色光の色差変化が0.05以内となるようにする変色補償ポリマーを、前記色変換層中に、または前記色変換層の少なくとも一面に備えられた追加の層中に含む色変換フィルム。 - 前記変色補償ポリマーが前記色変換層の少なくとも一面に備えられた追加の層に含まれ、前記変色補償ポリマーは、前記追加の層の全体重量を基準として10〜100重量%含まれるものである、請求項1に記載の色変換フィルム。
- 前記青色光は、光源から出る青色光が、導光板、集光フィルム、および輝度向上フィルムを含むバックライトユニットのスタック構造を通して、面光源に変換された光である、請求項1または2に記載の色変換フィルム。
- 前記青色光は、450nmにおける発光ピークを有し、半値幅が30nm以下である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の色変換フィルム。
- 前記色変換フィルムは、少なくとも一面に備えられた透明フィルムをさらに含むものである、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の色変換フィルム。
- 前記変色補償ポリマーが前記色変換層中に含まれる場合、前記変色補償ポリマーの含有量は、色変換層の全体重量を基準として1〜50重量%である、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の色変換フィルム。
