Abstract
Description
従って、本発明は、次のようなポリマー組成物に関する。そのポリマー組成物は、ポリマーと、以下のa)〜d)を基剤(ベース)とする混合塩の形態の火炎抑制剤とを含み、
a)少なくとも1種のモノ、ジおよび/またはトリカルボン酸、
b)少なくとも1種のポリリン、ピロリンおよび/またはリン酸、
c)アルカリまたはアルカリ土類金属の水酸化物または塩、
ここで、a)およびc)はカルボキシラート(カルボン酸塩)を形成し、b)およびc)はホスファート(リン酸塩)を形成するものであり、
および、任意に
d)アルカリまたはアルカリ土類金属のカルボナート(炭酸塩)。
その混合塩は、0.2乃至50μmの範囲の平均粒径(粒度)および少なくとも5重量%の結晶水含有量(crystalline water content)を有する。その混合塩は、その組成物全体の5乃至70重量%の量で存在する。そのポリマー組成物は、1種以上の添加剤をさらに含んでいてもよいであろう。
Claims (20)
- ポリマーおよび火炎抑制剤を含むポリマー組成物であって、
前記火炎抑制剤は、
a)少なくとも1種のモノ、ジおよび/またはトリカルボン酸、
b)少なくとも1種のポリリン酸、ピロリン酸および/またはリン酸、
c)アルカリまたはアルカリ土類金属の水酸化物または塩、
ここで、a)およびc)はカルボキシラートを形成し、b)およびc)はホスファートを形成するものであり、
および、任意に
d)アルカリまたはアルカリ土類金属のカルボナート、
を基剤とする混合塩の形態のものであり、
前記混合塩は、0.2乃至50μmの範囲内の平均粒径および少なくとも5重量%の結晶水含有量を有し、前記混合塩は、前記組成物全体の5乃至70重量%の量で存在し、
前記ポリマー組成物は、任意に1種以上の添加剤を含むものである、
ことを特徴とする、ポリマー組成物。 - 前記ポリマーが熱可塑性であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリマーが可塑化ポリビニルハリドであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記ポリマーが、10乃至50重量%の量の可塑剤を含むポリビニルハリドであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- a)が、少なくとも1種のC2−C6モノ、ジおよび/またはトリカルボン酸であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- a)が、少なくとも1種のC2−C6ジカルボン酸であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- a)が、少なくとも2種のC2−C6ジカルボン酸であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- a)が、少なくとも1種のエタン酸、エタン二酸、2,3−ジヒドロキシブタン二酸および/または2−ヒドロキシプロパン−1,2,3−トリカルボン酸であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記混合塩は、50%より多いカルボキシラートを基剤とするものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記混合塩は、30%未満のホスファートを基剤とするものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- c)およびd)のアルカリまたはアルカリ土類金属は、ナトリウム、カリウム、カルシウムおよびマグネシウムからなる群から選択されるものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- c)は塩であり、前記カルボキシラートおよびホスファートはイオン交換によって形成されるものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- c)は、a)の前記カルボン酸より弱いカルボン酸の塩であることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の組成物。
- 前記カルボナートd)は、前記混合塩の少なくとも3重量%の量で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記混合塩の平均粒径は、0.5乃至20μmの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記混合塩の平均粒径が1乃至5μmの範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記混合塩のpHが8乃至13の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記混合塩は、自然成長した結晶構造を有するものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 透明な熱可塑性の用途において使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 任意の前記添加剤は、熱および紫外線安定剤、煙抑制剤、可塑剤、補強添加剤、加工助剤、耐衝撃性改良剤、熱改質剤、顔料および充填剤からなる群から選択されるものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
