- 乗物の内燃機関の排ガスを処理するために選択触媒還元システムに用いる尿素水溶液である液体を収容するとともに、その液体を乗物の液体タンクに移すためのポーチアセンブリ(100)であって、可撓性ポーチ(1)と、それに付設される吐出ノズル(2)とを備え、吐出ノズル(2)の少なくとも一部は可撓性ポーチ(1)の外側へ延びて、可撓性ポーチ(1)に収容された液体を、吐出ノズル(2)を受け入れるように構成されたタンク充填連結部(3)を介して乗物の液体タンクへ分配するように配置され、吐出ノズル(2)は、
- 軸上にある細長い貫通通路(211)を有して液体用の放出通路として働き、ポーチ(1)の壁(11)に設けられた開口(111)を貫通して軸上に延びて開口(111)に取り付けられる基部(21)と、
- 軸上にある細長い貫通通路(211)を有する基部(21)に液体連通し軸上にある細長い貫通通路(221)を有し、液体を液体タンクに移すために液体タンクのタンク充填連結部に挿入されるように構成された先端部(22)とを備え、吐出ノズル(2)は、
- 吐出ノズル(2)の基部(21)と先端部(22)との間に延び、
- 細長い形状を有し、
- 軸上にある細長い貫通通路(211,221)を介して基部(21)と先端部(22)とを液体連通する、軸上にある細長い貫通通路(221)を有し、
- 液体を液体タンクに移しかえるために液体タンクのタンク充填連結部の中へ少なくとも部分的に延びるように構成された、
本体(23)をさらに備えるポーチアセンブリ(100)。 - 吐出ノズル(2)が単体から形成される請求項1に記載のポーチアセンブリ(100)。
- 吐出ノズル(2)の基部(21)が、可撓性ポーチ(1)の壁(11)に設けられた開口(111)に常時、取り付けられている請求項1又は2に記載のポーチアセンブリ(100)。
- 吐出ノズル(2)の縦中心軸(X)は、可撓性ポーチ(1)が垂直姿勢にあると思われる時に、上向き方向に設けられる請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のポーチアセンブリ(100)。
- 吐出ノズル(2)の本体(23)は吐出ノズル(2)の基部(21)に接続される下端部(232)と、吐出ノズル(2)の先端部(22)に接続される上端部(233)とを有し、本体(23)が下端部(232)から上端部(233)に向かって徐々に直径が減少する1つ以上の領域を有する請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のポーチアセンブリ(100)。
- 吐出ノズル(2)の本体(23)は、その長さにわたって第1本体部(23a)と第2本体部(23b)とに分割され、第1本体部(23a)と第2本体部(23b)は、それぞれ下端部(232)から上端部(233)の方へ緩やかに直径が減少する領域を備え、第2本体部(23b)の領域における直径減少の漸進度が第1本体部(23a)の領域におけるそれよりも大きい請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載のポーチアセンブリ(100)。
- ポーチ(1)の壁(11)は、吐出ノズル(2)の基部(21)が組み込まれる開口(111)を有する第1部分(112)を備え、この部分は、可撓性ポーチ(1)が垂直姿勢にあると考えられるときに、水平面(A)に対して斜めに配置されている請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載のポーチアセンブリ(100)。
- 吐出ノズル(2)の先端部(22)は、吐出ノズル(2)を開閉可能に閉鎖するキャップ(24)に結合されるように構成されている請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載のポーチアセンブリ(100)。
- 吐出ノズル(2)の先端部(22)とキャップ(24)とは、吐出ノズル(2)にキャップ(24)を繰り返し取り外し可能に取り付けるために協同するねじ山をそれぞれ備える請求項8に記載のポーチアセンブリ(100)。
- キャップ(24)は、キャップ(24)が吐出ノズル(2)から外される時にキャップ(24)との接続を維持する開栓証明リング(242)を備える請求項8又は9に記載のポーチアセンブリ(100)。
- 吐出ノズル(2)が壁(11)の第1部分(112)に取り付けられ、第1部分が壁(11)の隣接する第2、第3部分(113、114)の間に設けられ、第1、第2、及び第3部分(112、113、114)の各々が第1、第2、及び第3部分(112、113、114)の各々の外面に接触する仮想平面が交差して幾何学的空間(34)を形成し、吐出ノズル(2)の本体(23)がキャップ(24)と共に幾何学的空間(34)内に含まれるように構成される請求項7〜10のいずれか1つに記載のポーチアセンブリ(100)。
- 吐出ノズル(2)の本体(23)は、液体タンクへの液体の移送中にタンク充填連結部(3)の中に完全に延びるように構成されている請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載のポーチアセンブリ(100)。
- 本体(23)は、吐出ノズル(2)の基部(21)の長さ(L2)の4倍と12倍の間であり、特に、吐出ノズル(2)の先端部(22)の長さ(L3)の2倍と6倍の間である長さ(L1)を有する請求項1〜12のいずれか1つに記載のポーチアセンブリ(100)。
- 第1本体部(23a)は、吐出ノズル(2)の第2本体部(23b)の長さ(L12)の0.5と2倍である長さ(L11)を有する請求項6〜13のいずれか1つに記載のポーチアセンブリ(100)。
- 尿素水溶液である液体を用いて乗物の内部燃焼の排ガスを処理するシステムであって、
- タンクの外から液体タンクに液体を充填するタンク充填連結部(3)を有し乗物の中に設けられた液体タンクと、
