Abstract

Claims (6)
- 錫酸化物及び/又は亜鉛酸化物の粒子を銀と異なる金属の粉と混合し、
この混合物を、錫酸化物及び/又は亜鉛酸化物の粒子が液体金属に濡れるように金属粉の融点を超えて加熱し、
酸素を含む雰囲気に前記混合物を晒して金属を酸化し、その後、
該酸化ステップにより形成された製品を、銀母材中に粉として埋め込むことを特徴とする銀錫酸化物又は銀亜鉛酸化物ベースの接点材料の製造方法。 - 前記金属粉が、主成分としてビスマスを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の銀錫酸化物又は銀亜鉛酸化物ベースの接点材料の製造方法。
- 前記酸化ステップが、高められた温度、好ましくは少なくとも600℃で行われることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の銀錫酸化物又は銀亜鉛酸化物ベースの接点材料の製造方法。
- 前記酸化ステップより形成された製品が、高められた温度、好ましくは少なくとも1000℃での熱処理を受けることを特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の銀錫酸化物又は銀亜鉛酸化物ベースの接点材料の製造方法。
- 前記銀母材への埋め込みが、銀の粉と混合し、次いで銀の粉を焼結することによって行われることを特徴とする先行する請求項のいずれかに記載の銀錫酸化物又は銀亜鉛酸化物ベースの接点材料の製造方法。
- 先行する請求項のいずれかによってクレームされた方法を用いて製造された銀錫酸化物又は銀亜鉛酸化物ベースの接点材料。
