Claims (15)
- 明色充填材のシラン化の試験方法であって、少なくとも1つのシラン化された明色充填材、好ましくはシリカと、少なくとも1つのゴムとを含む混合物が押し出され、押出物が、4〜10MHz、好ましくは5〜7MHzの周波数範囲内の超音波にさらされ、前記超音波の信号強度が前記押出物透過後に測定される、方法。
- 押出物の相対減衰係数α相対が、超音波の前記周波数範囲で測定される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 超音波強度の対数または超音波振幅の対数ln Aの変動係数がさらに測定され、押出物中の明色充填材の分散を監視するために用いられる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 相対減衰係数α相対の標準偏差もまた測定され、押出物中の明色充填材の分散を監視するために用いられる、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 超音波を発するエミッターと前記超音波を受け取るレシーバーとの間の距離が、5mm超であり、好ましくは10mm〜25mm、より好ましくは15〜20mmの範囲にある、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記明色充填材が、50〜250phr、好ましくは60〜150、より好ましくは70〜100phrで前記ゴム混合物中に存在する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記シラン化された充填材が、少なくとも1つの明色充填材と少なくとも1つのシラン化剤とから押出機中で形成される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- シラン化された明色充填材を含むゴム混合物の製造方法であって、少なくとも1つの明色充填材が少なくとも1つのゴムおよび少なくとも1つのシラン化剤と混合され、シラン化され、そして、前記ゴム混合物の少なくとも一部、好ましくは1容積%超、より好ましくは10容積%超、最も好ましくは100容積%が、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって試験される、製造方法。
- 前記シラン化が、140〜160℃の温度で行われる、請求項7または8に記載の製造方法。
- 前記方法が、連続的にまたはバッチ式の方法として、好ましくは連続的に行われる、請求項8または9に記載の製造方法。
- 使用される前記シラン化剤が、シラン、好ましくはビス(3−トリエトキシシリルプロピル)テトラスルフィドである、請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 請求項8〜11のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法を含む、シラン化された明色充填材を含む架橋性ゴム混合物の製造方法であって、1つもしくは複数の架橋剤が、前記架橋性ゴム混合物の製造前、製造中および/または製造後に添加される、製造方法。
- 請求項12に記載の製造方法によってシラン化された明色充填材を含む架橋性ゴム混合物を製造する工程と、100℃〜200℃の範囲の温度でのその後の加硫工程とを含む、加硫物の製造方法。
- 4〜10MHz、好ましくは5〜7MHzの範囲内の超音波の周波数で音波振幅および/または音波強度を測定するための測定装置の、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法のための使用。
- 減衰係数が、超音波の前記周波数の領域で測定される、請求項14に記載の測定装置の使用。
