Description

- 淡色充填剤のシラン化をチェックするための方法であって、
少なくとも1種のシラン化された淡色充填剤を含み、そして少なくとも1種のゴムを含む混合物を、4~10MHzの周波数範囲にある超音波を用いて照射し、前記ゴム混合物を透過させた後で、前記超音波のシグナル強度を測定し、
前記超音波の周波数範囲の中での前記ゴム混合物の相対減衰係数αrelを測定し、前記相対減衰係数αrelの移動標準偏差σgを測定し、そしてαrelとσgとを使用して、前記ゴム混合物の早期架橋を検出する、方法であり、
前記ゴム混合物が、160℃より高い温度で製造されることを特徴とし、

- 加硫物を製造する方法であって、請求項12に記載の方法によってシラン化された淡色充填剤を含む架橋性ゴム混合物を製造し、そして次いで、100℃~200℃の範囲の温度で加硫させることを含む、方法。
- 請求項1~13のいずれかに記載の方法における、4~10MHzの範囲の超音波の周波数で音波の振幅及び/又は音波の強度を測定するための、測定装置の使用。
