Claims (3)
- 被加工物を保持する保持手段と、該保持手段で保持された該被加工物に加工を施す加工手段と、該保持手段と該加工手段とを収容するハウジングとを備えた加工装置を含む加工設備であって、
該加工手段により該被加工物を加工するときに該加工装置が位置付けられる加工位置と、該加工位置から離れており該加工装置を保守点検するときに該加工装置が位置付けられる保守点検位置との間で該加工装置をスライドさせて移動させるために、床に設けられたガイド部と、
該加工装置に設けられ、該加工装置がスライドして移動する場合に一部が該ガイド部に接触する移動機構と、
該加工装置を該床に対して固定するための固定機構と、
を備えることを特徴とする加工設備。 - 該ガイド部は、該加工位置から該保守点検位置に向かう方向に沿って、該床の表面から、該床の該表面よりも下の所定の深さ位置まで設けられており、
該移動機構は車輪を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の加工設備。 - 該加工装置は、該ハウジングの正面に該加工装置を操作する操作パネルを更に備え、
該ガイド部は、該正面とは反対側の該加工装置の背面から該正面に向かう方向に沿って配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の加工設備。
