Claims (6)
- 直流電源と負荷の間に接続されたパワースイッチング素子を有し、該パワースイッチング素子の制御電極の電圧を変化させることで、前記直流電源から前記負荷への電流を制御する電源入力回路において、
突入電流により両端に発生する電圧で電流を検出する電流検出抵抗と、
制御電極及び一対の主電極を有し、一方の主電極が前記パワースイッチング素子の制御電極に接続された電流制限制御素子を備え、
該電流制限制御素子は、当該電流制限制御素子の制御電極の電圧が前記電流検出抵抗の両端に発生する電圧に応じて変化し、前記パワースイッチング素子の制御電極の電圧を調整して定電流動作を行わせると共に、
前記電流検出抵抗の一端と前記電流制限制御素子の制御電極間には抵抗素子が接続され、前記電流制限制御素子の制御電極と一方の主電極間には、容量素子が接続されていることを特徴とする電源入力回路。 - 前記パワースイッチング素子は、前記制御電極としてのゲートを有する電圧駆動型のスイッチング素子であり、
前記電流制限制御素子は、前記制御電極としてのベースと前記主電極としてのコレクタ及びエミッタを有するバイポーラトランジスタであり、
該電流制限制御素子の一方の主電極としての前記コレクタが前記パワースイッチング素子の制御電極に接続され、前記電流制限制御素子のベースとコレクタ間に前記容量素子が接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電源入力回路。 - 前記パワースイッチング素子の制御電極と、当該パワースイッチング素子と接続されない側の前記直流電源間に、第1の抵抗を介して接続されたスイッチ回路と、
前記パワースイッチング素子の一方の主電極と制御電極間に接続された第2の抵抗を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電源入力回路。 - 前記スイッチ回路が導通した直後、前記パワースイッチング素子の制御電極の電圧は、当該パワースイッチング素子のON電圧に到達せず、前記電流制限制御素子の制御電極の電圧は、当該電流制限制御素子のON電圧に達することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電源入力回路。
- インダクタンス分を有するフィルタ回路を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のうちの何れかに記載の電源入力回路。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5のうちの何れかに記載の電源入力回路と、インバータを制御する制御回路を前記負荷として有することを特徴とする車両用インバータ一体型電動圧縮機。
