Abstract
Description
前記センサは、平面上、前記開口部と完全に重畳しながら前記補助層の一部と重畳していてもよい。
前記補助層は、紫外線吸収剤を含んでもよい。
前記紫外線吸収剤は、ヒドロキシル基を含んでもよい。
前記紫外線吸収剤は、ベンゾフェノン(benzophenone)系化合物、ベンゾトリアゾール(benzotriazole)系化合物、ベンゾエート(benzoate)系化合物、シアノアクリレート(cyanoacrylate)系化合物、トリアジン(triazine)系化合物、オキサニリド(oxanilide)系化合物及びサリシレート(salicylate)系化合物のうち少なくとも一つを含んでもよい。
前記接着層は、前記表示パネルに向かう前記センサの一面と前記補助層の一面の間に位置する第1接着層と、前記センサの側面及び前記補助層の一面と接する第2接着層とを含んでもよい。
前記第1接着層はテープでありうる。
前記第1接着層及び前記第2接着層は、同一物質を含んでもよい。
前記表示装置は、前記表示パネルの背面に位置するスクリーン印刷層をさらに含んでもよい。
前記センサは、指紋認識センサ及び赤外線感知センサのうち少なくとも一つであってもよい。
前記表示パネルは可撓性でありうる。
前記表示パネルと前記紫外線吸収フィルムの間に位置する保護フィルムと、前記保護フィルムと前記表示パネルの間に位置する接着層と、をさらに含んでもよい。
前記接着層は、伝導性高分子を含んでもよい。
前記紫外線吸収フィルムはヒドロキシル基を含んでもよい。
前記紫外線吸収フィルムは、ベンゾフェノン(benzophenone)系化合物、ベンゾトリアゾール(benzotriazole)系化合物、ベンゾエート(benzoate)系化合物、シアノアクリレート(cyanoacrylate)系化合物、トリアジン(triazine)系化合物、オキサニリド(oxanilide)系化合物及びサリシレート(salicylate)系化合物のうち少なくとも一つを含んでもよい。
前記センサは、前記開口部と完全に重畳していてもよい。
本明細書では、表示パネル100が有機発光表示パネル又は液晶表示パネルの実施例について説明したが、本発明はこれに限定されない。他の実施例による表示パネル100は電気泳動表示パネル、電気湿潤表示パネルなどの場合もありうる。
保護層400は、スクリーン印刷層411、第1補助層420及び第2補助層430を含む。実施例によってスクリーン印刷層411、第1補助層420及び第2補助層430のうち少なくとも一つは省略され得る。
前記紫外線吸収剤中のベンゾフェノン系化合物及びベンゾトリアゾール系化合物の化学式は、各々次の通りである。
一実施形態による表示パネル100は可撓性を有するパネルである。表示パネル100は、フレキシブル(flexible)、ストレッチャブル(stretchable)、フォルダブル(foldable)、ベンダブル(bendable)、又はローラブル(rollable)であり得る。
又は、一実施形態による表示装置は、光硬化性接着層でない両面テープなどを使用して、紫外線照射工程なしにセンサを表示パネルに結合することにより、表示装置の信頼性を維持できる。

Claims (10)
- 光を放出する表示領域を含む表示パネルと、
前記表示領域の背面に位置し、開口部を含む補助層と、
前記開口部と重畳するセンサと、
前記センサと前記補助層の間に位置する接着層と、を含む、ことを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記接着層は前記開口部と重畳しない、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記センサは、平面上、前記開口部と完全に重畳しながら前記補助層の一部と重畳する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記補助層は紫外線吸収剤を含み、前記紫外線吸収剤はヒドロキシル基を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 前記接着層は、
前記表示パネルに向かう前記センサの一面と前記補助層の一面の間に位置する第1接着層と、
前記センサの側面及び前記補助層の一面と接する第2接着層と、を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記表示パネルの背面に位置するスクリーン印刷層をさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の表示装置。
- 表示領域を含む表示パネルと、
前記表示領域の背面に位置し、開口部を含む補助層と、
前記開口部と重畳するセンサと、
前記センサと前記表示パネルの間に位置する紫外線吸収フィルムと、を含む、ことを特徴とする表示装置。 - 前記紫外線吸収フィルムの一面と前記センサの間に位置する接着層を含む、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の表示装置。
- 前記表示パネルと前記紫外線吸収フィルムの間に位置する保護フィルムと、
前記保護フィルムと前記表示パネルの間に位置する接着層と、をさらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の表示装置。 - 表示領域を含む表示パネルと、
前記表示領域の背面に位置し、開口部を含む補助層と、
前記開口部と重畳するセンサと、
前記センサの側面と前記補助層の側面の間に位置する接着層と、を含み、前記接着層はテープである、ことを特徴とする表示装置。
