Abstract

本发明涉及一种有机发光显示装置及其制作方法,以及采用该有机发光显示装置的电子设备。本发明的有机发光显示装置包括:触摸屏、显示面板、柔性电路板以及多个压力传感器;所述显示面板的下表面覆设有背胶层,所述柔性电路板的上表面与所述背胶层粘合,所述多个压力传感器布置在所述背胶层中。本发明的有机发光显示装置采用简单的结构实现了将压力传感器置于显示面板的下方,不占据盖板玻璃的边框位置,因此盖板玻璃的边框可以任意缩小,以增加显示屏的比例,加强用户体验。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种有机发光显示装置及其制作方法,以及采用该有机发光显示装置的电子设备。
背景技术
目前,新一代的触摸技术—触摸传感技术开发以来,触摸设备可以感知轻压和重压的力度,并相应地跳出不同功能。
但是目前现有的触摸设备,一般是将压力传感器放置在盖板玻璃的四个角的下方,来判断力的大小和施力的方向和位置。但是这种产品的缺点在于:产品的边框无法窄化,机构设计需要另外进行处理。
发明内容
鉴于相关技术的上述问题和/或其他问题,本发明一方面提供了一种有机发光显示装置,其包括:触摸屏;显示面板,所述显示面板的上表面与所述触摸屏的下表面贴合,所述显示面板的下表面覆设有背胶层;柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板的上表面与所述背胶层粘合;以及多个压力传感器,所述多个压力传感器布置在所述背胶层中。
优选的,所述多个压力传感器与所述柔性电路板的上表面粘合。
优选的,所述显示面板具有四个角部,所述四个角部的下方都设有所述压力传感器。
优选的,所述显示面板的所述四个角部的下表面与所述压力传感器相接触。
优选的,所述有机发光显示装置为AMOLED显示装置。
优选的,所述有机发光显示装置还包括一个透明盖板,所述透明盖板设置于所述触摸屏的上表面。
优选的,所述透明盖板的材质为玻璃或亚克力。
本发明另一方面提供了一种有机发光显示装置的制作方法,其包括以下步骤:步骤1A:提供柔性电路板和多个压力传感器,将所述多个压力传感器粘合在所述柔性电路板的上表面;步骤1B:提供触摸屏和显示面板,将所述触摸屏的下表面与所述显示面板的上表面贴合;步骤1C:在所述显示面板的下表面贴上背胶层;以及步骤2:将所述柔性电路板的上表面粘合到所述背胶层的下表面,并使所述多个压力传感器嵌入于所述背胶层中。
优选的,在所述步骤2中,使所述多个压力传感器嵌入所述背胶层中直至所述压力传感器与所述触摸屏的下表面相接触。
优选的,所述有机发光显示装置为AMOLED显示装置。
本发明还一方面提供了一种电子设备,其包括上述的有机发光显示装置。
本发明的有机发光显示装置采用简单的结构实现了将压力传感器置于显示面板的下方,不占据盖板玻璃的边框位置,因此盖板玻璃的边框可以任意缩小,以增加显示屏的比例,加强用户体验;并且该发明结构特别适合用于AMOLED装置中。

实施例1
参见图1,为本发明实施例1的有机发光显示装置的结构示意图,该有机发光显示装置包括触摸屏50、显示面板40、背胶层30、柔性电路板10以及多个压力传感器20。
其中,显示面板40的上表面与触摸屏50的下表面贴合,显示面板40的下表面覆设有背胶层30,柔性电路板10的上表面与背胶层30粘合;多个压力传感器20布置在背胶层30中。
在本实施例中,触摸屏50之上设有透明盖板60,透明盖板60的材质可以为玻璃或者亚克力等,本发明不以此为限。
优选的,如图1所示,多个压力传感器20与柔性电路板10的上表面粘合。
优选的,如图2所示,有机发光显示装置的俯视示意图,在本实施例中,该显示装置呈方形,图2中示出了设置在透明盖板60之下的显示面板40,显示面板40具有四个角部,四个角部的下方都设有一个压力传感器20,从而能够更好地判断力的大小和施力的方向和位置。
优选的,本实施例的有机发光显示装置为AMOLED显示装置。
如图3至图5所示,为本实施例有机发光显示装置的制作过程图。该制造过程包括以下步骤:
步骤1A,提供柔性电路板10和多个压力传感器20,将多个压力传感器20粘合在柔性电路板10的上表面,如图3所示(箭头所示为粘合方向,以下同);
步骤1B,提供触摸屏50和显示面板40,将触摸屏50的下表面与显示面板40的上表面贴合;
步骤1C,在显示面板40的下表面贴上背胶层30,如图4所示;
步骤1A、步骤1B和步骤1C,其中字母A、B、C不代表步骤的先后顺序;即步骤1A、步骤1B和步骤1C是分别进行的,没有先后之分。
步骤2,将步骤1A所得的柔性电路板10的上表面粘合到步骤1B所得到的背胶层30的下表面,从而使得多个压力传感器20被压入背胶层30,从而嵌入到背胶层30中,如图5所示。
实施例2
参见图6,为本发明实施例2的有机发光显示装置的结构示意图。从图6可以看出,实施例2的有机发光显示装置与实施例1的不同在于:压力传感器20设置在背胶层30中,并且压力传感器20与显示面板40接触。
关于实施例2的有机发光显示装置的制作方法,与实施例1的不同在于:步骤2中,使多个压力传感器20嵌入到背胶层30中直至多个压力传感器20与显示面板40的下表面相接触。
除上述以外,实施例2的有机发光显示装置的结构和制作方法基本同实施例1的,因此不再赘述。
本发明上述实施例的有机发光显示装置可应用于终端电子设备例如智能手机、平板电脑等中。例如,可以与终端电子设备的控制按钮或者开关元件组合使用,也可以直接嵌入到终端电子设备的盖板玻璃或壳体内单独使用。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (11)

1.一种有机发光显示装置,其包括:
触摸屏;
显示面板,所述显示面板的上表面与所述触摸屏的下表面贴合,所述显示面板的下表面覆设有背胶层;
柔性电路板,所述柔性电路板的上表面与所述背胶层粘合;以及
多个压力传感器,所述多个压力传感器布置在所述背胶层中。
2.如权利要求1所述的有机发光显示装置,其特征在于:所述多个压力传感器与所述柔性电路板的上表面粘合。
3.如权利要求1所述的有机发光显示装置,其特征在于:所述显示面板具有四个角部,所述四个角部的下方都设有所述压力传感器。
4.如权利要求3所述的有机发光显示装置,其特征在于:所述显示面板的所述四个角部的下表面与所述压力传感器相接触。
5.如权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的有机发光显示装置,其特征在于:所述有机发光显示装置为AMOLED显示装置。
6.如权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的有机发光显示装置,其特征在于:所述有机发光显示装置还包括一个透明盖板,所述透明盖板设置于所述触摸屏的上表面。
7.如权利要求6所述的有机发光显示装置,其特征在于:所述透明盖板的材质为玻璃或亚克力。
8.一种有机发光显示装置的制作方法,其包括以下步骤:
步骤1A:提供柔性电路板和多个压力传感器,将所述多个压力传感器粘合在所述柔性电路板的上表面;
步骤1B:提供触摸屏和显示面板,将所述触摸屏的下表面与所述显示面板的上表面贴合;
步骤1C:在所述显示面板的下表面贴上背胶层;以及
步骤2:将所述柔性电路板的上表面粘合到所述背胶层的下表面,并使所述多个压力传感器嵌入于所述背胶层中。
9.如权利要求8所述的制作方法,其特征在于:在所述步骤2中,使所述多个压力传感器嵌入所述背胶层中直至所述压力传感器与所述触摸屏的下表面相接触。
10.如权利要求8或9所述的制作方法,其特征在于:所述有机发光显示装置为AMOLED显示装置。
11.一种电子设备,其包括如权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的有机发光显示装置。
