Description
本新型關於一種有機發光顯示裝置以及採用該有機發光顯示裝置的電子設備。
目前,新一代的觸控技術一觸控感測技術開發以來,觸控設備可以感知輕壓及重壓的力度,並相應地跳出不同功能。
但是目前現有的觸控設備,一般是將壓力感測器放置在蓋板玻璃的四個角的下方,來判斷力的大小及施力的方向及位置。但是這種產品的缺點在於:產品的邊框無法窄化,機構設計需要另外進行處理。
鑒於相關技術的上述問題及/或其他問題,本新型一方面提供了一種有機發光顯示裝置,其包括:觸控螢幕;顯示面板,所述顯示面板的上表面與所述觸控螢幕的下表面貼合,所述顯示面板的下表面覆設有背膠層;軟性電路板,所述軟性電路板的上表面與所述背膠層黏合;以及複數個壓力感測器,所述複數個壓力感測器布置在所述背膠層中。
較佳的,所述複數個壓力感測器與所述軟性電路板的上表面黏合。
較佳的,所述顯示面板具有四個角部,所述四個角部的下
方都設有所述壓力感測器。
較佳的,所述顯示面板的所述四個角部的下表面與所述壓力感測器相接觸。
較佳的,所述有機發光顯示裝置為AMOLED(主動矩陣有機發光二極體,Active-matrix organic light-emitting diode)顯示裝置。
較佳的,所述有機發光顯示裝置還包括一個透明蓋板,所述透明蓋板設置於所述觸控螢幕的上表面。
較佳的,所述透明蓋板的材質為玻璃或壓克力。
本新型另一方面提供了一種電子設備,其包括上述的有機發光顯示裝置。
本新型的有機發光顯示裝置採用簡單的結構實現了將壓力感測器置於顯示面板的下方,不占據蓋板玻璃的邊框位置,因此蓋板玻璃的邊框可以任意縮小,以增加顯示螢幕的比例,加強使用者體驗;並且該新型結構特別適合用於AMOLED裝置中。

實施例1
參見圖1,為本新型實施例1的有機發光顯示裝置的結構示意圖,該有機發光顯示裝置包括觸控螢幕50、顯示面板40、背
膠層30、軟性電路板10以及複數個壓力感測器20。
其中,顯示面板40的上表面與觸控螢幕50的下表面貼合,顯示面板40的下表面覆設有背膠層30,軟性電路板10的上表面與背膠層30黏合;複數個壓力感測器20布置在背膠層30中。
在本實施例中,觸控螢幕50之上設有透明蓋板60,透明蓋板60的材質可以為玻璃或者壓克力等,本新型不以此為限。
較佳的,如圖1所示,複數個壓力感測器20與軟性電路板10的上表面黏合。
較佳的,如圖2所示,有機發光顯示裝置的俯視示意圖,在本實施例中,該顯示裝置呈方形,圖2中示出了設置在透明蓋板60之下的顯示面板40,顯示面板40具有四個角部,四個角部的下方都設有一個壓力感測器20,從而能夠更好地判斷力的大小及施力的方向及位置。
較佳的,本實施例的有機發光顯示裝置為AMOLED顯示裝置。
如圖3至圖5所示,為本實施例有機發光顯示裝置的製作過程圖。該製造過程包括以下步驟。
步驟1A,提供軟性電路板10及複數個壓力感測器20,將複數個壓力感測器20黏合在軟性電路板10的上表面,如圖3所示(箭頭所示為黏合方向,以下亦同)。
步驟1B,提供觸控螢幕50及顯示面板40,將觸控螢幕50的下表面與顯示面板40的上表面貼合。
步驟1C,在顯示面板40的下表面貼上背膠層30,如圖4所示。
步驟1A、步驟1B及步驟1C,其中字母A、B、C不代表步驟的先後順序;即步驟1A、步驟1B及步驟1C是分別進行的,沒有先後之分。
步驟2,將步驟1A所得的軟性電路板10的上表面黏合到步驟1B所得到的背膠層30的下表面,從而使得複數個壓力感測器20被壓入背膠層30,從而嵌入到背膠層30中,如圖5所示。
實施例2
參見圖6,為本新型實施例2的有機發光顯示裝置的結構示意圖。從圖6可以看出,實施例2的有機發光顯示裝置與實施例1的不同在於:壓力感測器20設置在背膠層30中,並且壓力感測器20與顯示面板40接觸。
關於實施例2的有機發光顯示裝置的製作方法,與實施例1的不同在於:步驟2中,使複數個壓力感測器20嵌入到背膠層30中直至複數個壓力感測器20與顯示面板40的下表面相接觸。
除上述以外,實施例2的有機發光顯示裝置的結構及製作方法基本同實施例1的,因此不再贅述。
本新型上述實施例的有機發光顯示裝置可應用於終端電子設備例如智慧型手機、平板電腦等中。例如,可以與終端電子設備的控制按鈕或者開關元件組合使用,也可以直接嵌入到終端電子設備的蓋板玻璃或殼體內單獨使用。
應當理解,雖然本說明書按照實施方式加以描述,但並非每個實施方式僅包含一個獨立的實施方式,說明書的這種敘述方式僅僅是為清楚起見,所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者應當將說明書作為一個整體,各實施方式中的實施方式也可以經適

Claims (8)
- 一種有機發光顯示裝置,包括:觸控螢幕;顯示面板,前述顯示面板的上表面與前述觸控螢幕的下表面貼合,前述顯示面板的下表面覆設有背膠層;軟性電路板,前述軟性電路板的上表面與前述背膠層黏合;以及複數個壓力感測器,前述複數個壓力感測器布置在前述背膠層中。
- 如請求項1所記載的有機發光顯示裝置,其中前述複數個壓力感測器與前述軟性電路板的上表面黏合。
- 如請求項1所記載的有機發光顯示裝置,其中前述顯示面板具有四個角部,前述四個角部的下方都設有前述壓力感測器。
- 如請求項3所記載的有機發光顯示裝置,其中前述顯示面板的前述四個角部的下表面與前述壓力感測器相接觸。
- 如請求項1至4中任一項所記載的有機發光顯示裝置,其中前述有機發光顯示裝置為主動矩陣有機發光二極體顯示裝置。
- 如請求項1至4中任一項所記載的有機發光顯示裝置,其中前述有機發光顯示裝置還包括一個透明蓋板,前述透明蓋板設置於前述觸控螢幕的上表面。
- 如請求項6所記載的有機發光顯示裝置,其中前述透明蓋板的材質為玻璃或壓克力。
- 一種電子設備,包括如請求項1至7中任一項所記載的有機發光顯示裝置。
