Abstract
Description
本発明の第1実施形態に係るインジェクタ装置10は、図1に示すように燃料電池システム12に適用される。燃料電池システム12は、発電を行う燃料電池スタック14(以下、FCスタック14という)を有し、インジェクタ装置10は、このFCスタック14に水素ガス(燃料ガス)を供給するために設けられる。このインジェクタ装置10は、適宜の作動流量及び作動圧力で水素ガスを流動させる。
第2実施形態に係るインジェクタ装置10Aは、図6に示すように、プランジャ72を2つ有する一方で、コイル部76を1つ有する構成とした点で、第1実施形態に係るインジェクタ装置10と異なる。なお、以降の説明において、上述の実施形態と同じ構成又は同じ機能を有する要素には、同じ符号を付してその詳細な説明を省略する。

Claims (10)
- 流体を流入及び流出可能な筐体と、
前記筐体内に収容される第1プランジャ及び第2プランジャと、
前記第1プランジャと前記第2プランジャを一体的に変位させる第1動作、及び前記第2プランジャに対し前記第1プランジャを相対的に変位させる第2動作を実施可能な駆動部と、を備え、
前記第2プランジャは、前記流体が流動する流通路を有し、
前記第1プランジャは、前記流通路に挿通配置され、前記第2プランジャに対し相対的に変位することに基づき前記流通路を開閉する
ことを特徴とするインジェクタ装置。 - 請求項1記載のインジェクタ装置において、
前記第1プランジャ及び前記第2プランジャは、前記流体の調整機構を有し、
前記調整機構は、前記第2動作における前記第2プランジャに対する前記第1プランジャの相対的な変位量に基づき前記流体の作動流量を線形的に調整する
ことを特徴とするインジェクタ装置。 - 請求項2に記載のインジェクタ装置において、
前記調整機構は、
前記第1プランジャの先端部に設けられた弁部と、
前記第2プランジャにおいて前記流通路を構成すると共に、前記弁部の接触及び非接触を切り替え可能に、該弁部を収容する収容部と、を含んで構成される
ことを特徴とするインジェクタ装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のインジェクタ装置において、
前記筐体は、前記流体が流入する流体室を備え、
前記第2プランジャは、前記流体室のみに配置されている
ことを特徴とするインジェクタ装置。 - 請求項4記載のインジェクタ装置において、
前記第2プランジャは、前記第1動作時に、前記筐体との間で、前記第1及び第2プランジャが移動する前の空間に前記流体を流動させる流動経路を形成する
ことを特徴とするインジェクタ装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のインジェクタ装置において、
前記駆動部は、前記第1動作時に前記第1プランジャと前記第2プランジャを一体的に第1方向に変位させる第1コイル部と、前記第2動作時に前記第1プランジャを前記第1方向とは反対の第2方向に変位させる第2コイル部と、有する
ことを特徴とするインジェクタ装置。 - 請求項6記載のインジェクタ装置において、
前記第1コイル部と前記第2コイル部は、前記筐体の軸方向に沿って並設され、前記第1プランジャに駆動力を付与する
ことを特徴とするインジェクタ装置。 - 請求項6又は7記載のインジェクタ装置において、
前記駆動部は、前記第1動作時に前記第2プランジャを前記第2方向に付勢する第1スプリングと、前記第2動作時に前記第1プランジャを前記第1方向に付勢する第2スプリングと、を有する
ことを特徴とするインジェクタ装置。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のインジェクタ装置において、
前記駆動部は、1つのコイル部を有し、
前記コイル部は、
前記第1プランジャを所定方向に第1移動量変位させることにより前記第2動作を行い、前記流体を微小に流動させる一方で、
前記第1プランジャを前記所定方向に、前記第1移動量よりも多い第2移動量変位させることにより前記第1動作を行い、前記流体を多く流動させる
ことを特徴とするインジェクタ装置。 - 請求項9記載のインジェクタ装置において、
前記駆動部は、前記第1プランジャを前記所定方向と反対方向に付勢する第1スプリングと、前記第2プランジャを前記反対方向に付勢する第2スプリングと、を有する
ことを特徴とするインジェクタ装置。
